Such lovely people and delicious produce. They were so great when I made a mistake with my Christmas order and really helped me out.

I’ve tried a few different things now and have always been left feeling impressed and wanting more. Not only is the quality of meat a high standard but the service is too. I don’t live in dromana but can’t pass up picking something on my way through when I’m in the area because I know it’s the best!

Stopped by on our way back to Melbourne and boy was that a good idea. The koftas have been seasoned to perfection and the porchetta also seasoned to perfection came with dry skin so it cooked better than my other attempts! Looking for a reason to drive back to that side of town so we can pass by again

We love this place, the food is superb and reasonably priced, the service is old style and friendly, and emphasis always on sustainability and quality.

Some of the most amazing cuts of meats and the best quality money can buy. Steaks are the greatest around and the rest is just as good!

Phenomenal butcher, don't bother going anywhere else, you definitely get what you pay for as the steaks, lamb cutlets and made in house snags are amazing quality, just to name a few items. Nothing is too hard for the legend owner Andy and he will do special orders for you if you need nutritious organs or other parts of the animal, which he is very knowledgeable about.
10/10 Shop cant fault them.

We've now lived on the Mornington Peninsula for 3.5 years, and the Scotch Fillet from Ministry of Meat was - without exaggeration - the best beef we have cooked and eaten in that time. We are now looking forward to the lamb roast we purchased.
We have now found our go-to Butcher for meat.

We stayed at a nearby airbnb recently and found this gem. The owner and butcher (Andrea) was so helpful and knew his meats. Amazing quality and taste. Will definitely return when next down the Peninsula.

Weekend down the peninsula, needed meat for a BBQ. This place sold me some of the best beef scotch fillets I have had in a long long time and ground fresh for me some top notch burgers. I love the fact all beef here is grass fed, I really prefer it over grain. Had a nice chat with the owner, Andrea, who is very knowledgable and pleasant indeed.
Wish I lived a bit closer so this place could be my local butcher.

What an Amazing little butcher, they really know their stuff and nothing seems too much trouble. I got some great advice on slow cooking on a smoker and how to properly rest the meat. Meat quality and service are brilliant.
