After 12 months of waiting for a product to be installed, and many many “it’s coming” emails, “we’ve had technical difficulties”, I requested a refund which I am legally entitled to. There has been no response since February regarding this despite several emails to the director. Do not trust anything this company says.
See you in court!

Purchased a S19 at the new US facility. Came online within 2 weeks of purchasing. Was great chatting with someone in the same time zone and helped me set up all my pool and wallet up.

AVOID, misleading and deceptive.

Advertised the price including GST and then charged a higher amount than advertised and said as per their T&C's. Sent another invoice after I paid the original invoice.
Miner turned up without the cord. Support responded and then disappeared.
Miner didn't work and then made me pay for the freight to ship it back.
So many better suppliers out there other than the Mining Store.

Scammed me unfortunately. When purchasing the machines they were poor at responding (non responsive) or keeping to meetings times, having to follow up for weeks. When finally getting into contact my limited knowledge of mining tech seemed to be at the same level with their knowledge - have them some info they didn’t know! So they were not that helpful.

My machine was faulty and had to return it. They did respond for this part and turn around time was around a month. They replaced my gpu with a cheaper version. Tried contacting them several times to sort out and never received a response. I’m guessing they know it’s to much effort to try and get compensated for for being ripped off hundred of dollars (more now that you can not get non LHR versions) so ignore the situation.
Another friend had same experience - bar the faulty gpu. During this time we even tried getting more and they never responded.
Good luck if you go through them. Hopefully you have better luck.

Customer service and knowledge is astounding. First foray into this aspect of cryptocurrency and the team at Mining store could not have made it any easier to get into.

Ordered in January 2021 took till May to get up and running, was hashing 33% low took several months before it was sent in for repairs by that time it was hashing 66% low, replacement unit was substituted for now but that is hashing 66% low.
Replacement miner was going well then started hashing 33% low, keeps going offline, no response to emails to Henry.

The mining store, highly recommended getting in contact with them. 1 phone call has been a life changer for me, I am now mining and earning passive income, thank you mining store you do fantastic work

The Mining Store team are resilient and transparent. During an extremely difficult period of worldwide shortages of chips, transport disruptions and a mass migration of miners out of China the team and especially Will was open and transparent consistently providing updates when I had questions. Full marks to the effort the Mining Store put in for their customers. Well done guys!

Since my last review I had a fair few issues with the miners I purchased. There was lengthy repair times aswell as bad communication from the mining store. There was no clear warranty information nor any terms & conditions information made public. I was able to sell my miners at a extreme loss compared to what I purchased them for. I am still involved in mining but I will not use there services again.

These guys are great, I didn't had any mining experience but Luke my account manager was helping me every step of the way.
I ordered my miners on the beginning of July and few weeks later they were already hashing. In 3 weeks I already covered 10% of my investment and I will continue buying miners to compound my investment

Very helpful and responsive technical support. Initially had issues with build, they sent replacement part quickly. I'd put together my own computers before but this was my first rig. Yes, you could go out and find the parts cheaper yourself, but if you need some local support, a good place to start.

I used their online consultation booking system to arrange a chat. They cancelled the first one a minute before the appointment and were a no show for the rebooked time a couple of days later. Poor form.
