The stock is great.
But the staff make it.
The service I received on sat was amazing that I returned on the sunday.
Everytime I'm in this store the staff know their products and are helpful.
I actually want to physically return instead of using the internet

I was looking for a wok last week, Harvey Norman was as hopeless as usual with NO SERVICE so I continued walking down to The General Trader.
AMAZING service! The lady was so helpful in every way and she was 100% genuine, couldn't have made any improvement!
I will be going back there next week to buy the wok, noting her name and also writing to the company.
