They have limited hours, but awesome work done properly and before time. Could not ask for more.

Mrs Minh is excellent, she is very clear and upfront about what she can and cannot achieve. I took a suit jacket there to be taken in and a 2 trousers to be hemmed. It was excellent value and she patiently explained and made recommendations on the work that she planned to do.

Honestly I hate to do this but the quality of the work and the refusal of the owner to either admit anything was wrong or to even help me fix it was shocking. Kept a cool head to just establish what we could do to fix the uneven hem of the pants and even offered to pay extra so I had pants to wear to the wedding I was travelling interstate for. Nothing.

I took them to a tailor in highpoint and they recognised the issue, then fixed it easily and without fuss. It's a small business and I don't like giving negative reviews but stay away from here. Quality of work 0/10. Customer service 0/10.

Minh is an absolute magician, I have been to so many tailors in my time as I always need alterations. Minh is the first tailor I have been to that has got it absolutely perfect the first time. Listen to her advice and youll have no issues! She's an absolute expert!

I had positive expectations walking in, on a bright, sunny afternoon. Contrary to the glowing reviews, the lady at the counter (I assume she was the tailor - there was nobody else there) was extremely unhelpful. I said, "Hi! ", slid the door open and said, "Well, let's see what I have for you. " I asked her to sew the shoulder seams of a lovely vintage dress that I bought overseas; it was a delicate job (THE OTHER REVIEWS IMPLIED THAT SHE COULD DO ANYTHING, and I did not think that this was too difficult or demanding). She said that she didn't have the material to do it. I said, trying to stay positive, "Well, that's okay then, " and took out my next item, a long orange skirt that was too tight for me - I wanted her to cut it in half and refashion it into a short skirt. She said something like, "Oh, I don't know if you'll be happy with it because I won't be doing much. " Like with the first item, she told me to do it myself!

Her words, combined with the glare that she gave me from underneath her spectacles, and her overall body language screamed ATTITUDE. And as a potential client/newcomer, I don't know what I did to deserve it, except ask for two simple jobs to be done! And it was only one pm in the afternoon. There is no excuse for a moody disposition and bad customer service at that time. SHOCKED. JUST SHOCKED.

Unfriendly and unhelpful, even at one pm in the afternoon. Based on the five-star reviews, it may be that the tailor tends to favour certain communities over others. I was nice, friendly and to-the-point, but she just wasn't interested. I had two jobs for her - not too complicated or too simple, and she pointedly suggested that I do DIY. This was after I had journeyed all the way to see her, with jobs in hand. I was not browsing, but she deliberately wasted my time. I think she takes clients for granted. Turning away business at one o'clock in the afternoon. Strange

I was so surprised to meet Minh. She is so kind, friendly, gentle and professional. The service was extraordinary. I had to shorten 3 pants and I could pick them up in two days. At other alterations they would have changed twice the price she changed me. It was an excellent job. Bravo Minh.

Needed my dress altered as I was a bridesmaid. She said to come back in a week, but I wasn't organised and needed it done in a day. She was happy to make room for me and get it done. Thank you for working around my needs! 5 stars!

I dropped by to give her a bathrobe for minor alteration. When she learned that I had driven 20 odd km to her shop, she said she would do it immediately and give it to me.
Prior to going I had called up and she she said that I would need to leave it behind and collect it a few days later.
Very kind of her and shows how considerate she was.

Always great service. The lady running the place is very helpful and always charges reasonable prices.

Fantastic service. Minh is a lovely lady and she makes very thoughtful decisions when it comes to tailoring, fit, etc. The quality of the repairs is the best I've found in Melbourne. Good prices too.
