Minh Minh Saigon Soul

We tried this Minh Minh a few months ago and this has become our new favorite place on Victoria street. Food is absolutely delicious and the staff are always friendly. If you go you must get the ‘sexy chef’. It has become my all time favorite beef dish! So good

I was looking forward to eating there, but myself and my friends were disappointed with the food which came out was cold and the beef salad was soggy. Food seemed like it has been prepared and was sitting there for hours. In addition one of our dishes was forgotten and the service was terrible, the waiter had a terrible attitude like he couldn’t be bothered taking our order.

Great food, good value.dissapointed that my daughter and I were there for dinner, brought my meal out, 5 minutes later rice came out. 15 minutes later my daughter s meal came out.good restaurant, good food, bad service

Great service, lots of space, great food. I took my kids and the food was a little fancy for their palette but once I took off the garnishes everyone was happy, all the food was eaten, everyone was full. What more can you all for!?

Had 3 friends who I took, we had the 5 entree 5 mains course. Was amazing! Can't decide between east meets west, or the beef salad! Will have to come back to take pics

The worst place ever.
Have been charged EFTPOS subsidy even though I paid cash. Told the waiter he took my change and put it in the tips basket Lol.
Super slow service, food was nothing special either.
So many better places on this strip get anywhere else they are all better.

Lovely food, would definitely eat there again. It was a bit loud upstairs where we were sitting, but I suppose that is to be expected as that's where the bigger groups were sitting. Nice service and friendly staff.

The food was absolutely delicious. We had 8 people with us from young kids to grandparents with some very fussy tastes and every single person was impressed with the food. The service was attentive and prompt and we were pleased with the prices for the portion sizes. It was a fantastic experience for us. We will be back for sure!

Highly recommended. Cosy place & good foods. We had lunch for 7 of us as we tried 9 dishes from chef specials menu. Love the fried squid, roast pork stir fried, beef salad & prawn sticky sauce. Generous serve & good price.

Good food. Good portions. The banquet for 4 of us was plenty. One of us was Coeliac and they catered well for him. Worth mentioning one particular waitress was more 'switched on' in regards to which dishes to be avoided. She, not surprisingly had the best English so that likely helped.

We had the $35 banquet and it was incredible we will definitely go back again. Beautiful food and fabulous value. Everything was delicious.

This place has all the good, all the perfect, and all the tasty stuff a restaurant can have.the Vietnamese-Thai take on their plate is amazing and unique.

We tried a bunch of plates including the classic Bun.all of them were better than the last. Dumplings were amazing too. 10/10 would come back

I have always had such fantastic food and service at Minh Minh! Recently went for dinner and they were SO busy, especially with take always.
Even though they were flat out, our friendly waiter was attentive and fast, and the food came out super quickly. I love the fun names of the dishes- my Favourites are the Asia Prawn, Sexy Chef and Week to week. So delicious and fresh. Highly recommended.

This is our new regular for takeaway orders as well as dining in. For a couple of decades, my family chose another restaurant a few doors down as their 'go to' place when visiting. I insisted on taking them, including a few fussy eaters, to Minh Minh and now everyone is a convert. Some always order on their way home from the footy. A particular favourite is East Meet West and the Mongolian Beef is always delicious. We ordered last week and were greeted with the food being placed on the counter as we walked in the door. Everything was piping hot when we arrived home and the spring rolls were crunchy and delicious. Our favourite on the strip.

Served duck pancakes and pork buns that were either made yesterday or were leftovers for something else. Glad I wasn't sick. Other food was great, but no excuse for dishing up food that was clearly not fresh
