Mindspace Psychology

I 100% recommend avoiding this trash business. Their policy of paying *when you make the booking* is ridiculous, and cancelling within 2 days (even for a valid reason of my wife being in labor) loses your *full* payment amount.

Their reception staff (as another reviewer said) are also terrible, rude, blunt, and completely unhelpful.

There are many other MUCH better psychology clinics, that don't have these insane policies, I'd recommend searching around.

This place requires payment in advance and then the psychologist forgets to show up. Reception said she spoke to her yesterday and she was aware of the appointment but then the psychologist said it’s because she had no internet. Can’t even get their stories straight. Very poor.

Was very happy, but then one of my phone sessions was cut short. Psychologist didn’t even bother to call back. I tried to contact receptionist and finally after a week they made another appointment. I waited and psychologist didn’t call me. I tried to make contact with the Patrice manager to make a complaint. I contacted them 5 times I even wrote a email. It’s been 4 weeks and still haven’t heard back. - Very disappointed with their unprofessionalism.

The psychologist my son sees is brilliant, making appointments has been easy and adaptable for changing circumstances. My son is happy and looks forward to his sessions every fortnight.

As a support coordinator finding services that are flexible and understanding is like finding gold. Amy on reception was helpful and accommodating. Amy offered alternative appointments and suggestions to make scheduling easy and convenient.

Welcoming, caring and professional. I highly recommend Mindspace Psychology’s incredible practitioners. This place has had a huge, positive impact on my life and I’m grateful to have found them!

Sure my psych was amazing however… it took a long time to find any psychologist with a vacancy so when mine popped up I grabbed it, requesting weekly ongoing appointments, no problem.

After my 4th week I thought I’d call to see if I could change the time by an hour however discovered that there were no future bookings and that it would not be a couple months before they could see me again.

Now for someone who has mental health issues this is great hey, your booking staff gave no care in the world. I’ve also emailed to lodge a complaint but no response. I would love a refund on all my sessions as they are now pointless since we never got anywhere!
