I had the pleasure of working with Emma over a series of sessions and would highly recommend her. She helped me tremendously in strengthening my relationships at work and preparing for a couple of difficult conversations, one of which was renegotiating my salary which historically is a topic and conversation that petrifies me! She helped me put together a business case reflecting my value and contribution to the business, and ultimately helped me get into the right mindset before the conversation which resulted in a positive outcome.

Emma helped me to identify my strongest values which then translated into selecting the best career options. She adopts the Myer Briggs personality test and goes through the results thoroughly, asking all the right questions and implementing some really fun and unique activities that inspire personal growth and realisation.
