Like many women, I have dieted all my life, then when menopause kicked in it became even harder to loose weight. Michael from Mind Upgrade Therapy believed he could help me so I thought well I've tried everything else why not give it a go. That was four weeks ago and to-date I have lost 3 kilos but the most amazing thing being a chocoholic is that I look a chocolate and I don't really have that obsessive urge that I must have a piece or the entire block.
Michael's therapy session and the tape that you have provided as part of your session is obviously helped me in more ways than I thought possible.

I had a regress session with Michael about some personal issues I have faced all my life. Whilst in isolation Michael did a Zoom session which prepared my mind for what was to come. Then I was able to do a personal session with Michael and it was mind blowing.
I cannot recommend his services enough. Michael was professional and comforting in addressing my issues and although a sceptic I found the experience very comforting and found myself at peace.
