Mind Over Muscle

Never been to see someone who can help my sore back so I was a bit anxious how it would go. However David made me feel so comfortable as soon as I arrived and helped relieve my back pain which was hurting constantly. I can now hit the gym again without discomfort. Definitely would recommend him to others! Thanks again David.

Being an avid gym goer, I always find myself forever sore and have found several weak spots due to muscle tightness. Seeing Dario once every fortnight has helped me loosen up joints, increase my range of motions and clear out lactic acid. Dario is a very knowledgable practitioner with first hand experience in bodybuilding and sports injury.

Have had a few massages for muscular pain from David Wright and he is great. Friendly, attentive and good technique. Always follows up after to make sure I’m feeling better-and I always am! Their current room is a bit cramped but doesn’t matter once you’re on the table. Definitely recommend David for a great remedial massage!

Dario is an exceptional myotherapist. He takes the time to truly understand your needs and explains the treatment he is preforming. You can see the passion in his work as well as ensuring his clients receive the best possible treatment. I have been truly amazed at his professionalism. My dad also went to see him having had a "frozen shoulder" in which doctors advised he needed surgery. A few treatments with dario his problem was resolved and his shoulder pain went completely away. I've been involved in sports most of my life. I've had a lot of injuries in my time and have tried all sorts of treatment. For years I had a shoulder/left arm injury which I could never get rid of until I saw dario. He understood straight away what was happening with my shoulder and with his treatment he was able to fix me up. Dario also taught me what was happening and how to prevent this injury from occurring again.

Dario's massage and dry needling is exceptional. I always leave feeling I've been well looked after and my muscles thank me for it later!
