Great selection of games for such a small space, a lot of new releases but also a bunch of the older ones. Highly recommended.

Sold me a faulty product and wouldn’t let me return it. The service person was rude. Was a regular local customer always searching for new games for my son, who has ADHD? No longer. You have last a customer.

Then, in response to my review, the company lied, saying it was bought long ago and I had no receipt. Hmmm not sure if four days ago was a long time ago, and the salesperson said there was no need for a receipt because he could look up the transaction, which he did. The critical piece of the product was a piece of plastic. There was no plastic in the box when purchased. The product was purchased on Monday, taken out of the box and with the first push on the shuffler, the flap broke. When I first mentioned this to the sales guy, he said, " Yeah, all these shufflers are cheap. " However, he was more concerned about finding batteries to play with the thing even though he could see the product was unusable, and he could return the product and suffer no loss. Given the lies in the response to my review, I would warn people away.

Disappointing customer experience having higher prices in store vs online. Unable to price match in person with their own promotional pricing.
Otherwise I've shopped no problems at this location several times before.

Staff member obviously enthusiastic and knew a lot about all sorts of games (she spoke about having board games nights with friends, trying different games) so certainly worth going in for advice rather than just shopping online. It makes a huge difference when the person in the shop has a love for what they sell rather than "it's just stuff" (I used to run a bookshop and loved getting the right book to the right person - it wasn't just about the sale - i think this staff member was the same, but with games)

Came in to pick up a late minute Christmas game for the kids. It was Christmas Eve and it was 415pm, but the web said they were open until 5, and they were actually open. When I asked for a game recommendation, the woman behind the counter told me very tersely that her “recommendations ran out at 4 o’clock and she just wanted to get home”. When my husband tried to make light conversation at the counter as we handed over $50, she literally leaned over the bench, stared him in the eye and said the her kids were at home waiting for her and she has no time to speak to people. Literally the worst customer service ever. If I didn’t need the game, there is no way I would have bought it here. I am a local and will be buying from the other games shops in future. I know it’s been a tough year, but there was no need to treat people like that - especially when they are paying customers! Too many other choices.

They generally have good stock at a good price, but they're lacking an online way to buy products, not to mention no PayPal or paypass at the door. Given that we aren't able to go in store currently, alternative pay options are incredibly useful, especially since the only option available at the moment is telling someone your credit card details over the phone; an unappealing proposition to say the least.

We’ve been asking few questions about magic cards to a redhead girl employee
She was pretty annoyed by this, really not smiley and a bit rude
Giving half part of informations
I feel really disappointed and uncomfortable
Worst customer service ever
Such a shame because it’s a nice shop
I will not return:/

Mind games has a fantastic selection of board and puzzle games from popular titles (Scrabble, Monopoly etc) to more obscure titles. There is a great selection of Lego along with card games like Pokémon. Great service and friendly staff make shopping here easy.

Great selection of games, and the staff give great advice. Products are more expensive than buying online. But you get to interact with real people, and they wrap presents.also they have large rare Lego sets.

Certain objects are dodgy including the fidget spinners (witch are terrible quality for $9.50) And the lady who served me would snap at me for not getting my money quick enough.
