Comfortable, clean, relaxing environment to unwind in. I have been back many times. Friendly staff also.

I've had a couple of float sessions at this lovely establishment over the last couple of months.
Today I needed to reset my mind, and found that the solution I needed was a float at Mind Body Salt. I walked in feeling quite irritable and stressed, and walked out feeling a sense of clarity that I was hoping for upon leaving.
Excellent staff and a wonderful experience. I recommend using the float pods when you, too, need a chance to unwind and switch off mentally.

I recently had a 45-minute salt therapy session, and I was blown away by how relaxing and revitalizing it was. I was amazed at how much better I felt after just one session. My sinuses were clearer, my breathing felt easier, and I felt more relaxed and centered overall.

Love coming to MBS. I'm here multiple times a week and love Salt Therapy, Saunas and Floats. The staff are lovely and very accomodating. The peaceful and relaxed vibe of MBS is a nice time-out from busy life and allows much needed brain reset. Couldn't recommend any higher!

Going to Mind Body Salt is a real treat for me. The service is always superb and the facilities are spotless. If you have a baby with a blocked up nose or chest infection, then I would highly recommend the Salt Room. Love this place

I recently experienced my very first float and very first visit to Mind Body Salt and I cannot wait to be back to your lovely site. Dan and Laura were so helpful and warm and genuinely want to provide a positive experience. I felt very comfortable that I was in a safe place and felt so ready to unwind and let go while using one of their float pods. The facilities were clean, well stocked and had everything I needed to go about the rest of my day. Relaxing with a perfect cup of Love Tea afterwards was the cherry on top of a great experience. I felt so enthused to share my experience with loved ones that I bought my hubby one the Autumn Specials - I hope we can return together very soon.

Staff are always super lovely and welcoming. Such a calming atmosphere. Rooms are always clean and well prepared.

The Salt Therapy session was very relaxing. The energy in the room was clear. The facilities throughout were impeccably clean. The staff member assisting me was very prompt, informative, and genuinely friendly and supportive in his role. Already a big improvement with some sinus issues, just after one session. Hubby and I went here a few years ago for a #couplesfloat and we loved it! That was pre covid. It’s always hard finding time just for us. We are two ships in the night, running two home biz and he also has a job in melb 6 days. Bit hard to coordinate anything.

Then we got sick. I was worst of us all. 2 weeks with a nasty chest infection couldn’t get out of bed first TEN DAYS.

Knew I needed to step it up. Saw the autumn promo deal and so bought sone vouchers for hubby’s birthday which is today! It’s a great promo cause anyone can use the vouchers so I booked myself in. Soooooo loved the place from the minute I stepped back inside.

The infrared sauna is NEXT LEVEL. Was a bit unsure at first, it’s like a coffin eekkk you lie inside, lid closes over body BUT your head stays out in open. I started off low heat and increased as I felt ready. I’m

Finished session off with a SALT THERAPY room session. Have done these before and knew it would help my tight chest and help heal my body.it was just a hat I needed. I did get a bit bored, but that’s the whole point. Making myself sit still, in a dark room with beautiful music, surrounded by healing power of salts, I knew I needed to be there! I never ever shut off! It was perfect! Felt like forever but oh my, the way it’s helped open up my chest for the rest of the day. I actually had my first full nights sleep without horrible coughing fits.

Can’t wait to come back and get hubby on board too!

Beautiful massage and couples salt float - a most luxurious experience! Staff were wonderful, professional and friendly. Would recommend and we will return (soon).

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience, I just have one suggestion that a heater in the private salt bath room would have been lovely as it felt cold on the areas that were not under the water.

My favourite place to unwind, unpack and come back to my self. The saunas are insane good and the Netflix in the roof makes it such a fun way to detox. The float pods are epic, the pool is my favourite. All the staff are so welcoming, professional and warm x

The float tank is wonderful for any aches and body pain, especially after doing hard manual work, gardening etc. It is a very relaxing experience Easing both body and mind. The
Salt room is wonderful for any issues with breathing, bronchitis, colds etc. Do yourself a favour and spoil yourself with the Salt room and the float tank.
