9 Terrible customer service - the two girls were more interested in chatting together.
Was going to purchase a mimco item but left with nothing.
Never again mimco, no customer service at all.
Oh no. Keep the wife out of there! She had a great time and bought some quality items. That's why I give money for Xmas! Could not be happier.
Deliberately headed into the store this morning to purchase a pair of earrings I saw online. The store had a few customers inside when I arrived (3 groups) but no one was being served as the Sales assistants were not offering much assistant at all. One was lounging on an ottoman, one was slowly opening a box and the other was watching while they all were busy discussing nothing in particular. Like the other customers, I wandered around glancing over to catch someone, anyones attention. Alas, customers were not the priority so I took my $200 to spend elsewhere (maybe online, definitely somewhere else) ……
This morning I was there asking for can my bag fixed
Just ask not sure if can be fix, there was two girl one girl was nice even she don’t know much about still very nice but other girl make me feel really bed she don’t even want to talk to me and look at me make me feel really uncomfortable
I was at the Southland store last week Friday night and customer service was horrible. The two girls were too busy talking about boys instead of even saying hi or asking if I needed help with anything. I literally left and said thanks for the help and they had the audacity to say “you’re welcome”
The manager was very very very rude. Would not buy anything from MIMCO just because of how rude she was.
Love minco I was just a little upset tried to exchange a handbag which was a gift. I had the gift receipt but was told that it was not enough to exchange because it doesn’t have the value on it at what it was purchased at. She told me it’s better to have the receipt then the gift one. At the end it was sorted
I absolutely love Mimco, the team there are always so friendly and helpful. They have such nice products at such a high quality.
