Visited Mimco Highpoint yesterday and I have to say Ella who works there is one of the most useful employees I have ever used. She is extremely polite and helped me pick the perfect gift for my wife who loved her gift. Recommend asking for Ella if you need any help.

I went in about 4 weeks ago to buy something’s girls there on a Friday night no help what’s so ever. I went to exchange something and they where arguing who was going to refund my item. To busy talking about what they where going to wear when they go out on Saturday night I was dumb struck
Never again at high point service less than 1 star mimco look at your staff because it’s not only high point

1st time in a Mimco store and won’t be the last! Much friendlier than Oroton staff and just a much more pleasant experience all round! Cudos to the staff who made the time to get my just made click & collect order sorted so I didn’t have to go back another day just to pick it up!

This worker with medium length brown who was working the night of 27/11 hair kept following me closely around the store as if I was going to steal something. She didn't smile or speak to us. She just gave unfriendly glances. It made the shopping experience really uncomfortable and made me want to leave straight away. It was a shame cause I was genuinely interested in the products.

Eileen helped me pick out a phone case and she was great. Come on Eileen! Great job. Give her a raise

Georgia is the only staff member who values customers. The other ‘staff’ here seem to believe they are paid to stand and ‘look pretty’ disgusting attitude. Tried 4 times and now refuse to go here!

I enjoyed the product but the customer experience crew (Dayna) made an unpleasant welcome. The other ladies in the store were lovely and changed over my product no hassles. Thankyou! Hope this can solve a reoccurring issue.

I shop at Mimco very often and am a silver member there too and everytime I go to Mimco in Highpoint Maribyrnong they always seem to disappoint me (happened last 3 times). So I contacted Mimco’s customer care and all Zoe from customer care could say was:
“We apologise for the negative impression that this left with you, and we hope that the next time you shop with us you receive the level of service expected of MIMCO. ”
No action was taken to my case and this just shows how much Mimco actually value their customers and all they care about is making their profit!

Spoke to Ella over the phone and she was a huge help trying to track down a watch for me. Wonderful service and a pleasure to deal with.thank you, Ella!

Returned a phone cover due to the case fading in colour. I had only had it 20 days. The lady that served me, I think her name was Hannah, was really helpful and apologetic. She also replaced it for me. Thanks so much.

I have been a fan of MIMCO for years. I went to the shop on Wednesday and accidentally left my own diamond earring on the glass table. I called up to see if the staff saw it somewhere. Emma was so lovely, she followed it up and found it for me! Angel~~ It is my 21st birthday present from mum. Thanks you so much! Just because it has nothing to do with sale, but the service is fantastic. I am very impressed! Thanks again!
