I came in last week in the afternoon as I had a Mimico credit that I had accidentally thrown in the bin. I explained this to Kaylah and she took the time out of her day to go back through the system from a week before, find my returned transaction, email head office and request a new voucher for me. She did this all with no gain of her own, I want to thank Kaylah and the team for their amazing work! Kaylah was extremely helpful and polite, her efforts are much appreciated!
