What a fantastic shopping experience… I’m not sure what to purchase for my wife’s birthday, and after looking around the store, the Team member Steph steps up and assists with some wonderful suggestions. After choosing a necklace and matching earrings, Steph wrapped everything in a beautiful carry bag. What a truly lovely experience and a credit to Team Mimco. I’ll definitely be back, as Steph also signed me up as a member!

I go there today in the morning actually early before they open and I waited outside and they open the door to me, and I was in rush because I need to leave the states in an hour, but I need to buy lots of gift for my family besides I was in rush, I have a little one coming with me he is 1,5yo and he is a bit temper tantrums so I was in very very rush but this lady her name is Zahra she is helping me and extremely kind and fast and clear so I was be able to shop in about 7-10min with about 6 items that I bought I’m so very happy, thank you to Zahra!

Thank you Christina, employee #4139 for taking advantage of my elderly aunt who came into store to buy some earrings as a gift for her niece. She asked if the earrings could be exchanged if her niece did not like them. Not only did you confirm to her that they could be exchanged but you also put the receipt in a black Mimco envelope for her niece to bring in, if she wanted to exchange the earrings. Her niece did come to store to exchange the earrings but was declined, indicating that the elderly aunt should have read the T&C's.
Honesty from a Mimco employee is obviously to much to ask when my aunt asked Christina, if earrings could be exchanged. Your commission on the sale was more important than then telling a pensioner that earrings could not be exchanged.
PENSIONERS AND SENIORS BEWARE, DO NOT SHOP IN THIS STORE. MIMCO STAFF WILL LIE SO AS TO GET THE SALE!

You need to be very selective when buying from mimco the products quality vary from item to item. Some jewelry is ok but some can be cheap rubbish and the same goes for the accessories eg. Handbags etc. Terrible store layout also.

I returned to the store were I purchased a Subline tote handbag that retails at $349, it was just over a year old, I still had my receipts, one of the rose gold zips had changed color the bag was still looking like new in perfect condition. Appalling customer service I encountered from staff member of the Chadstone store Laura said she spoke to her manager Liana in the back then returned saying she said it was wear and tear when I questioned her to speak to the manager she declined and wrote down the phone number for customer care, I called them and all they said is I will take your feedback. Where is the service with mimco.these are not cheap bags at this price or are they? I would not recommend them to anyone.

Shop always looks understocked and sales are always on selective few. It's a pity because the products are beautiful.

I purchased a MIMCO phone case and asked for it to be embossed with my initials at the back. It is not in a straight line, it is wonky and it is noticeable. I wish they’d take more pride in their engravements, especially on an expensive phone case.
I won’t be coming back to this store.

Took nearly 1 hour to get 1 pouch refunded.
It should not take that long & the customer should be advised they will be waiting 10 minutes - rather than saying I’ll brb.

I was trying to get something nice for my girl and there were more staff then customers and they just completely ignored me even when I went up to them they just acted like I wasn’t there. Just carried on there on convocation worst shop at chadstone better off at Pandora

I've been here twice in two months, first time I was sold a broken earring. The second I have been waiting in line for 25 minutes just to purchase my item. Two registers isn't enough, especially with staff working as slowly as possible on registers.

I was very disappointed how the staff acts, like their better than you I wanted to buy 3 clutches and a necklace and they acted like they wouldn't give the time of day like it was a problem and they didn't want to help
