This place has got to go. The machine claws are flimsy and it’s all a scam. Please don’t go here.

When they first opened they were set so you actually had a chance.now they’re so rigged it’s not even funny you grab something and as soon as the claw comes back up it opens rather than actually waiting to open over the prize whole.complete scam!

Ridiculous scam the claw picked up a toy 3 times and it just let go of it right before we were about to win. Don’t waste your money

Such a scam. You can put $40 of tokens into the same machine and grab the toy perfectly and the claw will STILL open. How much do you have to spend until it holds the $5 toy? $100? The win condition should be in how you grab the toy, not how much money you spend and whether they’ve determined that it’s enough for the claw to stay closed. Am I salty? Yes.

Million life is Amazing! Some people are writing bad reviews Abt million life. But I don't think that million life is that bad. Their prizes are winnable, and completely skill based. (Unless u wait till payout) It's very easy to get plushies most of the time! I love million life sm

The machine here only wants your money but it's rarely any chance you can get anything back.

This is an absolute scam, as you can see the machine had picked up my toy but it dropped it, during this time there was someone who was working in the million life, who was extremely helpful and opened the machine to pass me coins to show her that the machine had dropped it and then proceed to give me 10 tokens to make up for the money spent, I then tried the game below only to see it do the same thing, I then raised the issue with the employee who called the manager (I tried calling him (and I also sent him messages with video below and he did not answer until employee called him on her phone) he then proceeded to tell me that was how to be machine worked, and that the could not give me a cash refund even though I paid with cash and that they could neither grab the toy that I should have won and give it to me but they could only transfer the money to a bank account. I said I DIDNT have one and would rather be paid in cash, as that’s what I had used to purchase the tokens. In the end I left Million Life with 15 dollars less and absolutely no prizes. I would give this place no stars but that is not possible. The employee who helped me was extremely kind and tried to resolve the issue. The problem with Million Life is it’s a scam and the manager is absolutely no help, continuing to scam costumers and refusing to help. (Make Kind Employee New Manager. She would do much much better and was way more helpful. Employee had Black Hair in a shoulder length ponytail. With yellow phone case. Extremely helpful)

Certainly SCAM. A total waste of money. The claws are intentionally faulty and don't catch anything.

If I could go a lower rating I would this is a total rip off don’t waste your money your set up to fail did not see one person walk out with anything just a money grabber there is also a few fake reviews saying how good it is total scam

The claw large machines here give you some chance of being able to win something. The smaller claw machines on the other hand makes you feel hopeless in winning anything.
