This place is a scam. My two children wanted to spend $10 each of their pocket money as they love playing claw machines. Every time they played the machine picked up a toy but the claw opened after 1 or 2 seconds so they lost every time. It was very upsetting for them- not that they didn’t win as they understand it is a game but the fact that they were scammed out of their hard earned pocket money. This shop should be closed down by management. I’ll be taking the complain to the management of the Emporium.

Everytime I’ve been to million life I’ve been scammed lmfao. Machine will grab and pick up the prizes and let go at the top and drop them. Tokens sometimes aren’t recognised in the machines, no staff around to assist. I mean if there was an option to just buy the plushies for a full price I would rather do that at this point, because they are still really cute

One of the gacha machines took 7 tokens and only showed 5 registered. No staff around to ask and no one replied to my message I sent a week ago.

Today on Saturday, October 7,2023 I came here and I accidentally bought 66 coins/$50 and I accidentally spent 1/3 of the coins so I can't refund. I only had the last chance to sell to customers who bought coins at the machine. In addition, thanks to the employee who was on duty there at 5pm, she came out to help me resell the coins and earn back the money I lost. She was very dedicated and Thanks to her I got back 2/3 of the money I spent by mistake. Finally I asked her for her name to rate 5 star and she is Kaymen

Doesn't even try to hide how rigged it is lol. Lifts up solid and drops after a 1 sec hard grip, or no grip strength at all. Never seen arcade machines that were bigger scams in my life.

You can always find cute things here, but winning stuff is a 2/10 chance, the claw will securely pick up the plush/item and then just as it gets near the drop box, it lets go. I spent $46 in total and came out with a keychain plush (in the small machines) and a gacha ball. W O W.
Honestly it used to be good, the pricing for the tokens is better than another place I went, $10.20 for 11 tokens compared to $12.30 for 6? I'd rather go to million life for the gacha pons thanks.

When you get a good grab it barely picks it up and the claw lets go before it reaches the prize draw. Worst place ever don’t go here it’s a scam for your money, it stinks, it’s grubby and no one to help when it gets stuck.

Million Life is my happy place to go to whenever I want to do something and have some fun. Whether the claw machines, gachapons or lucky dips, I always see different prizes up for grabs. Regardless if I win some or not, I always enjoy my time here.

It's just gambling. None of them are skill based, just designed to funnel money out of people's pockets.

The worker lady at the Bourke St was so nice to us. We had a blast playing crane machines.:) Thank you so much

Great quality massage chairs that give really firm pressure at a pretty low price - $5 for 15mins
While I was there some kids ended up with about 5 or 6 toys they won on the skill testers.so that's proof enough to me the machines aren't "rigged"

Never go here. We spent 9 tokens to win a capsule prize for one of the machines in QV Million Life (only 8 were needed though) but the prize never came out. The machine kept on telling us to put in more coins and it never registered our tokens. We texted the number that was written on the token machine asking for help since the store was unattended. But no one replied. This place is a SCAM, don't waste your money.

Place for the young and young at heart to indulge their pain for crane games while their companions or parents can rest in the full body massage chairs.
Good value massages, (20Jul2022 prices) $2.90 for 8 mins and $4.90 for 16 mins which was really great value!

Most of the cranes are very weak. The staff at the front also don't break your money if the physical money you have currently is too much to put in the machine to exchange for tokens to use the claw machines. I've always walked out of here feeling negative rather than positive.

The claws here are very weak and rigged.it’s very cute and aesthetic as u walk in, this one located alongside the alley tea next to kmart on bourke.it’s easy to spend a lot of money here and many people do get frustrated but i’ve always spent 20 every time i go and walk out with 2-3 key chains and one medium plush.i was here a few days ago where this asian girl with long hair walked out with four medium plush and three keychains and she spent the same amount as i did.i do believe some people aren’t so lucky but i realised that that asian girl must know the ins and outs of arcades or she’s just super lucky and skilled with positioning the claw! One thing i noticed was people go in actively searching for the one they want but i noticed this girl only went for the ones closest to the chute and that she didn’t seem to care what she walked out with.i also noticed that this girl got super fidgety when people were super close or crowded behind her, i wouldn’t blame her i get nervous when people stare at me play claw games too.also worker wise, i didn’t see any million-life team members around and only the bubble tea workers which is actually a different set of workers so that was a downfall because i wanted to try swap my keychain into a different one
5/5 aesthetic 1/5 service 4/5 watching people win

Scored two chonky bois (one pictured) ? The aesthetic is so Jane the Virgin. It’s adorable. The crane games are basically made to make you win at least once if you try. There’s also four of those massage chairs that vibrate your soul through the atmosphere ️
They’ve also got your classic Xing Fu Tang bubble tea?
