Walked into the store to do some Mother’s Day shopping for our mum, a potential $200 shop to go towards your end of day sales as we had already seen what we wanted online and just wanted to go into store to pick them out and look at the sizes.
When we walked in we were not greeted by the lady who was working, instead walked in to find her telling off other customers about their placement of clothes hangers as they were clearly just trying to compare what they had in their hands. Her words were “can you not leave them there, or else I’m gonna take them and put them away” in a loud abrupt tone.
The lady working also announced in a sarcastic tone “ladies in 5 mins this store is closing” I said it’s not 5pm yet, don’t you close at 5? She looked at me with a sarcastic face and shook her head “no 4.30-4.45 the latest”
It was clear she did not want any other customers in the store as it was almost time to close, which is understandable however - there is a way to deliver/approach any situation especially when you are working in customer service. Given that it is unprecedented times, you would think the staff operating your store would do everything that could to provide exceptional service and achieve sales for your business.
Needless to say, we walked out, and will not be going back into the store.
Didn’t get her name as she wasn’t wearing a name badge, but judging by your reviews from a year ago, either you have the same rude person still working for you, or you continue to hire people with zero customer service skills.
Very bad costumer service! Calling pll little shoppers and yelling, been sarcastic some ppl are just not ment to be in costumer service industry. You don't make comments that ppl are small shoppers and stilling thing's. Very rude that fat lady doesn't deserve to work there!
Cheap clothes, nice styles up to larger sizes and lots of specials now after lock down.
