Millers

Great range of products but terrible customer service. Spent about 2 hours trying on clothing and was going to buy about $300 worth. The lady told me where to put them as I could not carry everything. I kept going back to put more clothes on the pile which she saw me do.

Come back to pay and they have all gone. When I asked she said they had put them back as she didn't know I wanted them!

I was so angry I walked out with nothing. 2 hours of my holidays gone and nothing to show for it.

I had travelled by train to come here. Very disappointing service.

Good place for budget friendly shopping for women wear especially you can buy coats and jackets at a very reasonable prices and when sales.are going around then your purchase could be even cheaper!

The store has a good collection and I do shop a lot from Millers. However, had a terrible experience dealing with the manager there (the one in Ringwood). She messed up the entire billing for me - priced the clothes at full price that were on sale, made incorrect adjustments when pointed out, did not make adjustments to all the inaccuracies (which I realised when I went back home), etc, etc.lots of issues, leaving me all confused. In the end, I took a credit note and shopped from Millers at Forest Hill where I had a wonderful experience.

What a fantastic store this is! I purchased from both millers & rivers. Loved it, loved it, loved it. I'll definitely be back
