Be aware that their hours aren't always as advertised, they often seem to close at 2pm.

Came in after work on a Friday at 6: 30pm to exchange an item and the store is closed. Says it’s open until 9pm on the site.

Just want to put a shoutout to the lady working in Millers Broadmeadows, Reem. What a fantastic, friendly, very helpful lady you are. You were more than helpful that my mum came out with 3 tops for a next to nothing price.

The worst customer service ever. The store was about to close at 4: 30pm but they came around and said they’re gonna close at around 4: 05pm. I went for checkout at 4: 08pm and the lady at the counter was so irritated and she started throwing the hangers in a really rough way and this is not the type of customer service anyone expects from any kind of store. I’m posting this review at 4: 15pm. She needs to be good or at least leave customer service job. Terrible one

Please educate your store’s staff about click and collect orders booked from third party sites. The lady on shop had absolutely no idea and i was trying to explain i bought the item from Rivers and they referred me to Millers Broadmeadows, she did not bother to hear me out and sent me to the wrong shop only to find out its not the pick up location,
Twice travelled to Shopping centre get the item finally

We bought a winter jacket but took a wrong size, we went to exchange it on the same day. The website says that the shop will open until 9: 00 PM on Fridays, when we been there they already closed at 7: 30 PM today. (Friday the 8th April 2022) And the sales girls who were still inside the partially closed shop said it is closed already. Very unhappy with the service.

The girl that served us was a bit average though, she was just going on about how short staffed they were, which I didn't think was appropriate to tell the customers while they're having a nice shopping experience
