Millers

I had a very bad experience with the staff member at Waverley Gardens Millers store today.
I have been a loyal customer for an extremely long time but the staff member was very rude to me. When I asked for an exchange she got very angry and started showing me the store policy as if I didn't know.
We, as customers, spend our hard earned money buying their products and are entitled for a refund or an exchange if the item is faulty etc but we certainly don't have to be treated with disrespect.
On a very hot day like today, travelling all the way there and being treated like a criminal was indeed was very upsetting.
I was misinformed by one staff member at a different Millers store and this staff member here at WG millers store thought I was being dishonest and she specifically made a call to find out for herself and wasted my time in the process. How inconsiderate of her making me wait.
I was infact telling the truth but I received no apologies from her and instead was mistreated by her but she made it look like she was the victim.
I left this store being very disappointed.
I felt today's interaction was unnecesary and uncalled for. I only went to this store because I couldn't find the stuff I was looking for in another Millers store, not knowing that this staff member wouldn't be as accommodating and helpful, otherwise I wouldn't have travelled all the way there especially in this heat.

Very helpful staff, but do need a chair in the changing rooms for us old dears or not so old dears who have just had a knee a relpacement

Millers is always known for Great collection but alot depends on who is running the store.there was an ill-mannered lady customer in the store who was collecting clothes (she had atleast 20 clothes and getting more) in the change room.my partner was using that change room and she abruptly pulled the curtain and asked her to move out coz she was putting all her clothes together.spoke to the lady at service desk. She said we don't have a limit to the number of clothes taken in change room. Obviously she didn't want to object that ill-mannered lady. Never been to a store that is so unorganised and disoriented.

Ar present there is a lot to choose from. Looks short staffed today. Staff member very pleasant to deal with.

Often considered to be an 'oldies' shop but you can find well priced basics and the occasional treasure here.

I have been to buy some clothes to this place.sales assistants were so rude at us.they didnt like us fiton any clothes.not willing to help.worse customer service ever.love the product.but this customee service actually made me to not to visit here again.
