Improvement needed with store layout, it is very cramped and seems challenging to navigate and pleasantly shop. The service could also be improved but ok if you're happy to find your own items, in & out.

Terrible rude lady assistant and always the same person when I go and rude. Even spoke to another customer who said she had stopped going there and went to knox, but they have now closed and had to bring something back for her mother.
Shop and clothes are great, but an improvement in attitude is greatly needed.

Very rude customer service. Lisa was very rude. She was scolding to the previous day workers and seemed so stressed.

Placed order, still yet to receive. Have contacted so called support service, and since the 4/1/22 I have recieved 5 robot messages telling me that Ausposts to blame. I'm not even a valued enough customer to have a person respond. Take my money and then ignore me and my request to know when delivery will occur. Your company does not even respect us enough to provide any kind of support. Bad reviews will be left wherever I can. Disgraceful service, disgraceful company. Only care about money not the people who actually give them their profits.

7-10 day delivery from dispatch they say. 15 days after purchase, mine is yet to even be dispatched.

If you want high quality customer service and a great buying experience, spend your money else where. Because you definitely will not receive it from Miller's.

If I could give them no star I would. I have never had the misfortune of such rudeness. Will not be back again, despite the convenience for mum. Would rather drive an hour. Lift your game you arrogant manager!

Always found Millers Staff Friendly and Helpful. Have shopped at Knox & Rowville for many Years.

They shouldn't even get 1 star. Staff useless. Two women working, one customer but way to busy to serve instead talked to each other and when I said you're too busy to serve one of them said "there are only two of us" to which I replied "I'm the only customer". Ridiculous

Very rude staff all the time, shopped today for Mothers Day. I informed the sales assistant (only 1 assistant was on duty) at the check out that I have a Millers card for my points but she replied the computer system is too slow and too many customers are waiting, that is not my problem if the computer is too slow so I missed out. She was very slow and rude to lots of customers.

I like shopping there, great manager, she (Jennifer) very friendly just told me she was leaving, what a waste, this shop will be nothing with out her, some off the girls there are very rude but Jennifer makes up for them, sorry you are going, l will shop now at Parkmore

Brought 3/4 pants need much better quality control, have found many faults with thier clothes. Threads pulled, sleeves sewn incorrectly
