Mill Park Stadium reviews
17I was walking past with my friend, And there was a group of youths ages 6-10 yelling racist names and calling him chinese.he is very offended from this experience and i am not happy!
Highly Do not recommend any new team to play here, we do however highly recommend going else where for a quality equal game time. Refs and supervisors legitimately have no idea and highly favoured refs that play in multiple other teams. Plenty of other associations willing to play ball for real.
Awesome facilities, good parking and great staff. There is a kiosk for drinks, coffee and snacks.
Great 4 court stadium, new canteen, new toilets what a shame about the seating there is none since the Reno's.
I have a good communication with Scotty which is the Manager if the court is available or not
Just an update, they renovate and there's more toilets and change rooms.
Even though it's being renovated it could be better, bigger, and have more facilities like other sports stadium's
No water machine to refill drink bottles Happened to use a toilets. A bit on hygienic considering covid-19 in a community
The stadium guarantees injury by having referees that allow violence during games. Do not play here
Mens Badminton on a Monday night is the best. But careful not to get a shuttlecock in the neck. Ouch
Great local basketball stadium and very friendly staff.
We really enjoyed playing badketball there! Thank you so much.
Courts are fine as are the team's that play there. However, the refs leave a lot to be desired. If they don't like you there is no point turning up as they will kick you out. They ask for respect but refuse to show any to the players. The young refs are being taught to be bullies instead of how to ref fairly. They will point and laugh at you if you disagree with anything they do/say. If you want to play a comp for fun DO NOT play at Mill Park!
This is a good court. They have 4 courts and all are well maintenance. There is a fee of $2,5 to get into court.
Wonderful staff, events well organised. Good facilities. A little bit older so has room for improvement including repairs to occasional leaky roof. Overall, a good stadium with good facilities and services.
I've enjoyed playing basketball here and I thoroughly enjoy attending the morning fitness sessions before work on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
Called on a Friday to make a booking for the upcoming Sunday, was advised to call on the day as a full booking may not be required and that casual play would be fine. Called all morning on the Sunday with no answer. Got to the courts with my friends to be told that we couldn't play at all because they were going to close the courts. I'm disappointed mainly because all of my friends had driven down to play and have wasted their Sunday morning.
First class. Ray, the court anouncer was solendid. Whittlesea Basketball Club. Ps Many thanks to the Club for the wonderful recognition of Carly's 250 Big V games.
Airconditioned, working well in the foyer area but still warm on the courts today, 34 degrees outside all day
Its a great place to see a great game of basketball whether big v or rep or domestic. The canteen have great coffee.well worth a visit
