An excellent clinic with very knowledgeable staff, and an amazing rehab gym.

Tania exemplifies evidence-based practice as a clinician and researcher. She's been treating my lower back and other problems and has helped me reverse years of pain and stiffness. I'm confident that she'll give me the best therapy options available.
Amelia has been doing a stellar job on a knee injury and as a reward I've let her loose on my back too, and shoulder and neck.
With practitioners of this calibre I've been able to go on doing the things that give me a charge despite increasing wear and tear.

I just want to express my deepest disappointment with anna lamb from mill park physio for her terrible service in relation to a treatment i recieved from her this morning regarding my back issues.
Absolutely appalled and discussed with her rudeness and lack of experience.
I've been seen at mill park physio a lovely physio (jeremy jackson) but due to his annual leave i needed to continue my treatment which i made a terrible mistake.
10 minutes it took then i was dismissed.
It would be better if her employer is aware of her misconduct.
It was a bad luck for me but will resume my treatment onc jeremy jackson is back.

Wouldn't recommend any other place. I have been seeing Jamon for a few years now and have never felt better. He is extremely approachable, reliable and considerate under all circumstances. After being misdiagnosed for many years and losing all functoin in my right arm i was told i would never get it back. Jamon proved them wrong by identifying the root cause, provided me a correct diagnoses and treatment. I dont know were I'd be without him. So if any of you have any issues reach out - you can thank me later!

After a serious motorbike accident 20 years ago I am permanently riddled with injuries. In that time I have seen many physiotherapists so I know when I come across a great one.that is my current physio Amelia Tregear.
Pretty much my whole right side was severely injured in the accident, so bad that I will need treatment for the rest of my life. Now that I've found Amelia I don't plan on going anywhere as she knows exactly what to do for my issues and keeps me maintained week to week.
Her knowledge in anything I ask her is second to none, and every time I have an issue with one of my injuries she gets to work on it always with a great outcome explaining each and every thing she does as she is treating me.
I also attend the gym there 3 times per week with the expertise of Nicole Hopkinson who supervised me in many sessions, then wrote me up a program so I can continue on my own. She showed me the ropes, and has taught me to tackle the things I thought that I couldn't. My body is so much better for it, and I have Nicole's experience and knowledge to thank for that.
With the extent of my injuries most therapists pretty much just put me in the too hard basket, as they are a challenge to anyone, but not Amelia or Nicole, they took me on, and have proved that they know their stuff.
So between these two ladies, my body and injuries are pretty much the best they have ever been. I'd like to thank them both and thank Mill Park Physiotherapy for employing them.therapists that know what they are doing.
100% recommended.

I have been suffering from a ruptured disc for the past 2 months. I went to see Amelia Tregear because ostho, massage and acupuncture have not been enough to help me get better. She is very knowledgeable and so helpful. Each time I leave there, I feel better, both physically and mentally! She has given me hope that I might be able to avoid surgery. She is dedicated, thorough, and invested in helping me in a very kind and friendly way. I could not recommend her more strongly. The only downside is access to their facilities: there are so many speed bumps before getting to their front door and even more to get out of the office area and back onto the street (not their fault - must be to avoid hooning). It’s ok if your health is good, but for those of us who have aching muscles, those speed bumps hurt. Then, after a very small elevator brings you to the 1st floor, there is a corridor before reaching their office space. When walking is painful, it’s not easy to get to. I would prefer a physio office that has easier access. The office space would also do well with a refresher (new paint, new chairs in the waiting room). Otherwise, I’m very happy to have found Amelia!
