If you want to have curry flavored ideas racing through your mind then use this library in afternoon. What a great atmosphere they provide to fellow community members. I couldn't curry on studying there so I went elsewhere looking for lunch instead.

My grandchildren love Mill Park library. It has lovely outdoor for little picnic. Good coffee.
All story tell sections are amazing. The kids love the kids corner.

I've been coming here since i was a kid and always wondered why the library was so noisy compared to what i learnt about them having undisturbed silence. As a child i didn't mind the commotion since i was only there to find a book to borrow then leave, but now as a student it seriously irks me how distracting it is. I appreciate that the library is trying to uphold a safe and enjoyable environment for children and the community as a whole by hosting events and other activities but people come to a library expecting peace and quiet to concentrate on their work or the book they're immersed in. For me personally it is extremely difficult to do that with the loud chatter of conversations and the screaming of young kids even with my headphones playing music full blast. There are signs put up saying 'Quiet study area - Please keep noise to a minimum' and yet the whole building is loud in itself. It's very frustrating and i feel like they should be more strict with keeping the level of noise down. Where's that big slug lady from Monster's University when you need her.

I love this library great space lightening and comfy. One issue is that some people don’t respect quite study area. If you are in the quite area don’t use speakers or make noises. People lack self awareness.

Really nice library, free internet, nice study spaces, catering for muslims in toilets and foods. Overall great library to spend your time in

The library is awesome. Very well stacked and the librarians are helpful.
Very impressive variety of books and an interesting building.
However the toilets are wet, smelly and the patrons using the stalls must exercise better hygiene.

This library is so beautiful architecturally; it is a pleasure being there; it is my happy place.

The staff are also so helpful; I just had a fantastic experience where a staff member patiently spent time helping me right before they were due to close.

I would highly recommend going to Mill Park Library, even if just to wander around and explore all the different books that they have and bask in the ambiance.

It’s a great place to do some work or study in peace and great coffee and cafe but the toilets are disgusting! I just went to use them and they were filthy and not flushed. This place would be 5 stars if the toilets were clean.

Some of the library staff are not friendly. Can the city council management provides more professional training?

The Mill Park library boasts a substantial size and offers state-of-the-art equipment and modern facilities to meet today's needs.

However, I would like to focus my review specifically on the School Holidays program and the library's overall programs. While other libraries engage in activities such as crafting, story time, science-fiction classes, and gardening tours, Mill Park Library seems to primarily screen movies almost every day.

I kindly suggest incorporating more activities aimed at children's development rather than solely relying on movie screenings. Please understand that we hold immense respect for the valuable work you do for the kids and the community.

Nonetheless, we also have expectations and are willing to provide support in various ways if you so desire.

It's world class library. It has broad range of study material and high class infrastructure. Moreover, internet speed is very fast. I like it a lot.

The Mill Park library has to be one of the best I've ever visited and have been visiting since I was a child, however, since the new renovation and the addition of a cafe in the middle of the facility, the sound level is quite frankly unacceptable from both visitors and staff working in the cafe every time I am here. At the end of the day, this building is still a library, and it's extremely infuriating to try and study (with some of the best study areas being directly next to the cafe) when people are having loud conversations as if they're in a restaurant.

Jo was very helpful. She went above and beyond trying to look for the items we were after.

Friendly and helpful staff, booths to study and work in, great cafe for a coffee break and more. Will be back each time I need a break from my house.

It was a good library. I used to feel convenient and happy to be in this library and it was a number one place for our family. It was a the place that we usually visit on the weekend and weekday, but since the renovation, I think the function and the purpose of the library has changed. The quantity of books reduce a lot, manga section almost gone (this upsetting my daughter a lot). There's so many empty place that should be filled with books and not for playground. There's a cafe inside which I don't feel is in the correct place as I don't think the real book lover wants to eat and read at the same time (it could ruin the book if you spill on it). It's more like kid's playground that decorated with books and food. I think quite a lot of people feel the difference. It's more suitable for young parent with little kids and not for someone who love reading. It's a pity, we had a lovely memory there. The one who plan and arranged this renovation must seldom visit the library, it's really lost it's meaning and purpose.

Terrible experience with administration. They are incapable of operating basic computer software and cannot fix or too lazy to fix their mistakes ruining my disabled child's experience do a christmas activity. I am so disappointed at their unprofessional way of dealing with technological issues that they want the customer to fix for them without any knowledge of explaining it how. Bunch of unskilled idiots working here.

The place and staff are fantastic. However, it could be the noisy library I heard in Melbourne. People answer the phone and FaceTime during the day and there was no poster to remind people control the volume.
