The worst and the most rudest clinic I have been to. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone

Each time I have been here, I have had a great experience. I have a newborn baby that I take to see and have been listened to, treated with respect and prioritised when needed. We are really happy with the service we receive here and will continue to visit this clinic as our regular GP.

The receptionist I have had today had an appalling attitude. If you really hate your job, leave. There are plenty of unemployed who are struggling to find jobs. The huffing and puffing I received from this lady on the two calls I had with her today were uncalled for.

Dr kazi makes this clinic. She's professional, sympathetic and doesn't rush you out.she's rhe best and lve being going to her for over 30 years. This also includes the receptionist Jenny.

First visit to practice was great. Reception staff were very friendly and doctor was so informative, very interested in my problems and really helped me - unlike a previous doctor from another practice that had me in tears. I would highly recommend Mill park Family Practice to anyone. My mother is also a patient here and has often told me how good the doctors are!

My husband appointments was 11.20 and he just called 12.45 1 hr wait with appointment That’s is absurd imagined 1 hr wait and he is going to work in 1 hr that’s why I booked for appointment earlier because he is going to work but calling’ his name after 1 hr passed to his appointment a bit disappointed

I attended mill park family practice for the first time and the reception staff were very helpful and welcoming and Dr Carlos Bangoy was amazing, very helpful and thorough getting my medical history being my first visit. Will be my new clinic

Disgustingly bad service.rude and unhelpful receptionists. Empty waiting room but forced us to wait 25 minutes before we left.

If you manage to attend at a less chaotic time then the docs and staff are attentive and have time for you. Also lower wait times!

I've seen Dr Merhad a few times now, very thorough and efficient. Also great short wait times for phone calls to make an appointment
and friendly receptionists. Wait times are a bit of an issue, but this could be due to the high demand during these unprecedented times.

Today I went to the clinic for the first time with my one year old and I was very disappointed, we booked an appointment and we were waiting more than 1 hour and a half, people were arriving after us and they were called by the doctor before us, that was very disrespectful and without sense; it seems that they have a very disorganised system, when I asked about my turn they just told me that still were people before me and the doctor was behind patients. I cancelled the appointment and didn't wait any longer. I was very frustrated, upset and disappointed with this service. I don't recommend this clinic at all.

Do not go here!
My son had a fever of 41.6 (not covid) and a terrible cough, was clearly in need of a doctor and the ladies at the front told me it would be a 2 week wait as they only have one doctor on! Malpractice at its best. Children should be a priority.that's what the Austin staff told me!

I ended up taking him to the Austin and they admitted him straight away with pneumonia due to his symptoms and his state.

I let them know what happened at this centre and they told me they should be careful as if something would have happened to my son and they refused to see him.legal action could have been taken.

So thank you for nothing.

If you wanna wait for almost an hour for your turn then most Welcome, otherwise look for a good option. Pathetic, haven’t seen such long waiting time at any clinic.

Staff are always very professional and friendly. COVID protocols strictly observed, clinic well ordered, clean and bright.

I've been going to this clinic for over 20 years and the doctors are great and thorough. I usually see Dr Kazi and she has a beautiful bedside manner, friendly and very caring. Sometimes I see Dr Natasha Mitek-Dineava and she is also very friendly, lovely and also very caring. There was little waiting time today with Dr Natasha Mitek-Dineava. The only down Allis that there has been a decrease in doctors over the years which means that in order to make an appointment, you need to wait a few weeks. Happy Everytime.

I've never had issues whatsoever with staff or doctors. Very professional. The longest l waited was 30mins.
