We absolutely love our new fire coffee table from Milkcan - it's the cherry on top for our outdoor area.

From the moment I purchased my new letterbox from Milkcan Products to when it arrived, I have been impressed with their service. In fact, even BEFORE I placed my order, they answered my questions about the letterbox in a timely fashion. The ordering process was easy and they kept me in the loop constantly regarding the delivery of the letterbox. It actually arrived within three days of me ordering it, which was much quicker than promised. The letterbox is of good quality and was packaged up really well. (I have received parcels from other suppliers before where the product was damaged because it wasn't packaged properly.) All in all, I couldn't be happier with my experience with Milkcan Outdoor Products. They are a very professional outfit with quality products.

Absolutely love our parcel pal from Milkcan - definitely a standout with massive street appeal. We love the custom address sticker that was easy to apply and compliments it perfectly, making it easy for anyone trying to navigate to your house. Now we never have to visit the post office to collect parcels, as it is large enough to hold them securely inside if we aren’t home!

I never post reviews but had to on this occasion as I was so impressed with their customer service.
We received our letterbox and was amazed with how well it was packaged.
We had a slight issue with a manufacturing fault. I took photos and sent an email. They apologised and straight away sent out another one in perfect condition and we received within a few days. I was nervous ordering a concrete product from interstate but I would highly recommend them to anyone.

We have ordered the older version of Camden parcel mailbox in 2020 as recommended in the FB forums. It fits the purpose and the look that we are after. In 10 months, we have some issues with it, like dusts and some water getting inside as the opening is a bit low, and I have to always "shoot" the metal strip in order for it to be locked. Eventually, we were not able to unlock below (and even the lid). We contacted Milkcan (Renee) and she has given us directions on how to try and open it. In the end, they have replaced it and the newer version of Camden is actually much better. The door opening is much higher, no more scooting down, and the base is a bit higher so no more dusts and water as our landscape is abit of slope, the metal pole for locking inside is now more secure and no longer need to be adjusted. We are very happy with their support and we will continue to recommend them. Excellent service!

We are very happy with our letterbox, and the aftersales support from Milkcan. Our letterbox had been in place since September 2019 and was exhibiting some signs of rust at crucial joins. Advised Milkcan of our issue, and after sending through photos of the "hotspots", we have been provided with a new letterbox and address plaque. No prevarication or hesitancy here - simply great service, so well done. Mark M

I ordered our ‘in brick’ 763 Torino 316 Stainless Parcel + Mail Combo with lock from Milkcan Outdoor in Thomastown, Victoria just before 10am on Thursday morning, and received delivery of the mail box and house numbers one day later at 12: 30pm in Sydney, NSW. I did request that the order be expedited if possible, due to our contractor waiting for the letter box before building the brick pier in which the letter box would be installed. However, the speed by which the package was organised and then delivered more than met our expectation. And the letter box and numbers (steel powder coated 3D) look amazing. Great job Milkcan, and especially thank you to all the people involved.

We are totally satisfied with the Canterbury letterboxes supplied by Milkcan Outdoor Products!

The letterboxes were installed at a property with three modern and stylish luxury villa units, so we were looking to install stylish letterboxes that matched.

Apart from being highly stylish and functional, the black Canterbury letterboxes passed the rain test with flying colours!

One day after their installation, there was a 26mm downpour of rain during the night. We checked the inside of the letterboxes on the following morning, and were pleased to find that the inner of all three letterboxes was as dry as a bone.

Purchased a small 'no junk mail' decal for our letterbox, and it looks brilliant. Really happy with the quality, colour and finished result. Looks like it was always meant to be there. There was a mix-up with the order, but Milkcan rectified it quickly sending out the correct item express post. Very good customer service.

Arrived on Saturday where they had special showroom opening 9am-12midday. The attention and service was fantastic from when we entered the door. We took our time deciding the correct colour choices, but the amount of information on the letterbox types, number choices and their materials, help to round down the choices. They were patient through the whole process and I saw them serve other customers with the same treatment. I highly recommend their lovely products, service and more. Thank you very much.

Thank you Milkcan for our beautiful letterbox! We had also ordered vinyl lettering in addition to the letterbox and a Milkcan representative contacted us about the alignment of our lettering. The choice of our lettering and alignment would not have been the best aesthetic option (unbeknownst to us due to the short length of our street name) and the rep was very helpful in his advice providing different options to improve the appearance. We really appreciate that they got in contact with us to let us know before they proceeded with the order. Great customer service and shows they really go above and beyond! Thank you again!

First letterbox arrived very quick but arrived damaged due to damage from transit, despite the letterbox being packed well.

I called the company and emailed through photis of the damage. They sent me a new one that day and I received it two days later. Very impressed and nothing seemed a problem for them.
