Milgate Primary School reviews
17This school has effected my life very well, I am in grade 5 this year and My teacher is amazing. Well environment and equipment!
Caring staff and great job in managing bullying. But when my mum paid for my overdue book, it said I was still overdue a book. The school needs to fix the library system
I really enjoyed my time here.i made so many amazing friends and miss it everyday.great school:)
The leadership and teachers work very hard at Milgate to educate and care for all students. A great local school.
Honestly the best school and the students are so funny and kind especially Me and Abbi. I want to shout out Miss Moloney, Miss parker, Miss wright, Miss sacco and alot more for being the best teachers. I have made the best friends at Milgate and quite alot of enemies. Definitely not gonna name. SERPELL WATCH OUT WE GOT THE BEST SOFTBALL TEAM.i would also like to shoutout miss dub for some embarrassing memeories. I think you know what im talking about. And last but not least shoutout to All the year 6s class of 2020. Worst year of my life.thanks to those people who made it the worst! And then theres all the homies shout out to them they know who they are
Milgate Primary School is a great place to learn, they have amazing environment and lots of big opportunities for students to express themselves and their ideas. I highly recommend this amazing school!
Ok Because the teachers and students are fine. IB world school teaches qualities of what happens in life. Great School
Simply the best public primary school in the area. One of only a few IB government schools in Melbourne. Fantastic staff. Amazingly caring environment. I would recommend this school to anyone with primary age children in the area.
My time at this school was fantastic. The teachers are great and the school has great facilities.
I enjoyed my time going to this school, the teachers were great and the enviorment was great too. I enrolled at this school in year 3 and since then I have learnt many things and felt very safe going to this school as well. The teachers at this school are very kind and you can see that they really want you to learn and improve. Compared to my old school, where we switch teacher to teacher for every subject, Here there is home class and the teacher will teach all core subjeacts such as; maths and english as well aas the PWP program as well. This creates a very good bond with the students and teacher.
I found my love for art when joined this school. Art class was one of my favourite classes and it really helped to me to find what I love about by trying out many different types of art. Music was amazing, I had lots of fun playing music with my friends and learning different ways to express myself through it.
My time at Milgate taught me well and has also made me found my passion.although I could do without the assembly every week, but that just my little pet peeve ;)
This school is hopeless! Some teacher can be always on annual leave and never reply your emails! I took a day off to attend the appointment with my daughter’s year 2 teacher but she told me she only has 5 mins! Not enough care on students. Never come back!
My child will be starting prep in 2018. Has been to four sessions already and loves it and can't wait to start here. Friendly environment and staff at reception have been very helpful. My daughter has started prep and is loving it.
Best school anyone could ever go to. I came here in year three, without having any knowledge of English. The students helped me learn and grow as an individual. The teachers are beautiful, every single one of them. Even though we haven’t had bullies in this school for years, Milgate has been teaching the concept of respect and cooperation to children since prep. I graduated from Milgate in 2017, it was the best year I could ever ask for. Thank you Milgate, and the teachers and friends who have helped me through these three years.
Sincerely,
Shaya
NICE SPACIOUS CLEAN ENVIRONMENT
A fairly wealthy postcode and the school has a mix of various nationalities.lots of kids from Asian and Indian backgrounds which adds to the richness of the experience.
Out of zone school, you don't need to have a residence in catchment. Great staff and modern building. Lacks shades on pathways inside, a must for rainy Melbourne. Awesome play equipments & courts. Difficult to get parking in school pick/drop times with strict road rules. All you see are happy playful kids!
It was absolutely lovely lots of parks to play on and learnt how to play Newcombe Ball at P. E.
I am impressed with the teachers and staff! My daughter loves this school and every time i am there i observe the other kids and they all look happy and act very friendly!
