Milestones Play & Party Centre

Our 2yr old had his birthday here yesterday, it was the best time has had. Erin our party planner was, there is no better way to explain it.

Everything was organised friendly and made the day super easy.

Absolutely awesome experience. The owners put in 110% effort with every party to make it very enjoyable for all the kids. Made us feel so welcome and to top it all off was able to make the birthday girl and boy feel so special with a treat at the end defenantly recommended for value for money and also complete confidence in the party was defenantly satisfied with this as a birthday choice.

It's not bad, my 3yr old loved it, the baby section is good too. It was really quiet this time round which is nice. There are roads works happening which close off the road making it a bit more annoying to access for me personally which in turn also affected their opening hours. So I went there thinking I had more time for play and eat but they closed within the hour. Staff was friendly. One thing that was unfortunate was that all the gun things that shoot balls were not working, it's also kind of dark compared to other playcentres.
Overall I'd visit again in the future

Staff were so accommodating and very friendly. Food/drinks are very reasonably priced. There's a sensory play area, an area for the youngsters, and a massive play area for older kids. Prices are so cheap for entry. Definitely worth a visit

Highly recommend for parents with toddlers. The sensory area is perfect for breaking the play. I also got a free coffee on entrance and the light snacks for the kids tasted great! Will definitely be back here!

Really nice play centre. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Lots of parking available. The playground is conveniently located near the tables so it's easy for adults to watch the kids.

A good experience for the little ones but the cutlery wasn't cleaned properly and they had a limited menu.

My kids loved the play centre and it was a massive bonus that they have a seperate chip fryer and have gluten free chips. For a parent of a child with coeliacs disease, it so hard to find a play centre that has a safe option for them to eat.

Good less crowded play centre compared to others, but the lights are too dimmed, designs are outdated, customer service needs work. Most people here commend about the food, so decided to have breakfast here, had a horrible experience, ordered a salad wrap, what we got was a frozen hard inside, which looks like they already prepared a few days and decided to just reheat, no compensation received from that horrendous experience either! Options are very limited and food quality haven't been thought of properly, given the fact the price is already at an average cafe, never coming back again.

My toddler and I love this place. Every time we visit she has loads of fun with the sensory activities and in 0-3 play area. The staff are friendly and food menu is well priced.

My son loved coming here! This play centre has a great set up, and I love the unique sensory play area. A Spacious and clean space with super friendly staff.

Highly recommend Milestones Play and Party Centre. We had a private function and the staff were impeccable. They helped design the layout of the seating arrangements and how the catering food and dessert stands were going to be placed at the time of the function. During the night, staff were on deck serving and catering to what we needed. Most play centre private function places are not involved at all. We brought our own decorations and food, however they can do this themselves for an extra fee. They were great.

Hidden gem, never knew this was here. Great for smaller kids (0-4), food is good, Customer Service needs work.

Took my 3.5 year old for their sensory session, he absolutely loved it.
He also had a play in the rest of the playcentre & I loved that I could see him at all times without having to go in with him as I'm 33 weeks pregnant.

Lovely place for kids to play. Easy to see them and let them run around. The staff is always super friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend. Food and coffee are yum too! We come here quite often.

I wish we’d discovered Milestones earlier as it’s quickly become our go-to. Everything is always clean, the food is great, our toddler loves playing independently (it’s easy to see where he is at a distance which is wonderful) and above all the staff are amazing. T has now learned to say “play place” and gets excited every single time we drive through the nearby roundabout.
