Friendly fast and efficient check in, rooms spacious and comfortable, grounds tidy and clean pool area

Well lets say we had a tragic experience at this motel, and to say management are lacking in any humanity is an understatement.

We informed this motel of the missing safety railing on the balcony as it had a missing upright in multiple locations.

Sadly our 2 yo son fell thru this missing upright and fell 1 story onto the concrete.we rushed our son too hospital and thankfully while he did sustain a injury after 6 month h3 seems to have recovered after multiple trips too Adelaide.

What a suprise from these amazing people at this motel that we didnt recieved 1 phone call or email or anything asking the condition of our son or anything.

There amazing repair work of a tek screw on the outside of the rail was very impressive.

These are pathetic human beings and once you probably see them you will understand why they are like they are.

Lets hope karma delivers in bucket loads too these germs of people.

Shame too hold people like this legally accountable in this country is a nightmare unless your Clive Palmer or the Government.

In Mildura for an early medical appointment. This place is a real find.
Easy to find & access off the highway. Not that you'd know the highway is there it's so quiet.
The staff are helpful, polite & very friendly.
The meal in the restaurant was delicious. We were the last ones there & they didn't try & rush us out the door so they could close. The prices weren't exorbitant for our meal either.
I think this place will be our "go to" whenever we have to stay in Mildura.

Easy check in with friendly staff, the room smelt beautiful and the energy of the place was amazing! Best night sleep I’ve had outside of home. Comfy, and reasonably priced.

Wonderful, friendly service here, nothing too much trouble. Our room was very comfortable and the Resort garden lovely!

Positives: The Hotel has Very Beautiful Laandscape and room was affordable

Negatives: The Room wasn't very clean.smoke alarm went off at 2am and woke us as the AC Heater set it off and the room was filled with a mist and was hard to breath so we opened up the room turned everything off and left for an hour and called up and spoke to reception.and kinda went back to sleep as it was safe again. In the morning we spoke to admin reception repeated what happened and just appoligised no offer of a refund or anything so much for a pleaent stay DEFINITELY WILL NOT BE BACK and suggest anyone not to stay here for sure

Not good at all!
My partner and I had our car robbed as did other guests, received no assistance or help from management. Receptionist also stated its not hard to break in to the place. Will definitely not being staying here again. Do NOT recommend.

Good outdoor pool with lots of chairs and tables
Good sized bed and modern bathroom.
TV is modest in size but is just free to air only - no Netflix
No traffic noise from the bedroom.

First off greeted by the rudest front of house staff Jamie lee she didn't want to be there an was no help but let her friend take a room for free the rooms were horrible they smelt had mold beds were the most uncomfortable I've ever slept in cleaners did not change sheets just remade the bed it used to be ok now I'll never return.

Room was clean tho.
If they can clean the roaches, then it'll be good.

The rooms & facilities are clean. Staff were friendly & helpfull.
The restaurant was disappointing though. We chose to eat elsewhere. The pool is great for kids at 1.1m Max depth but a little odd for adults

This place is amazing. It has the best location, great restaurant and most relaxing environment! Can't wait to go back!

Great location, fantastic tennis court and great for a family get away. 5 mins to shopping mall and friendly staff suggested me some really nice restaurants.

A mix of new and old motel styles, rooms are generally good but limited services at the moment due covid and not ideal if you have young children

Absolutely "GROUSE" in every way. Matt (Manager) and his number one girl Indy.incredible host.very friendly and "entertaining" made us feel very comfortable indeed. Mel at reception (Game of Thrones Princess) sooo lovely. Breakfast. Jim (head breakfast waiter). So delightful and helpful.and Head Chef Robyn.so very friendly as well.especially sharing secrets about swirling. Thankyou all so much.just "GROUSE". See you again one day we hope. Linmincello:)

The staff here are friendly and have always looked after me well on my work trips. Good prices on food and drink at the bar too.

Not impressed musty smelling, no microwave, no toaster, fringe not working, no pensioners discounts.

No restaurant for 3 years, yet still on website, very deceitful, only reason I booked it, working long days, inconvenient.
