Great place to stop off for a lovely lunch. Service was perfect and it was great to sit outside and watch the kids having a lovely time too.

Milawa Providore

We reserved a spot for lunch at Milawa Providore as we have heard so many great reviews. We def were impressed upon arrival, greeted by the friendly staff as we were shown to our table in the front room with nice views. As we were early we were able to enjoy the complimentary tastings of wine on their menu before lunch. The banter with the staff was so much fun, made us all feel extremely welcomed. And credit to Robert with his great humour.

As for lunch we shared wood fired pizzas ~ margarita; funghi & herb and mains our favourite was the twice cooked pork ~ we all ordered this dish as we didn’t want to miss out on the flavours.

What a wonderful way to start of our weekend away! Diff bottles of red wine were purchased to be enjoyed over the weekend.

The staff was great, the alcohol plentiful and big range. Liked the Emily NV, Sunday Morning Pinot Gris 2019!

For lunch had Twice Cook Pork and pizza. YUM!

Garden setting, shady trees, friendly service and delicious food. An historic building with outdoor dining too, the food features local produce in this restaurant. A wine tasting or a coffee and a toastie. A three course meal or a pizza. It's all here. As little or as much as you desire. Can't recommend it highly enough!

How can I give this place more than 5 Stars? My wife and I were lucky enough to stay in the BnB here after our hotel had been overbooked. The place was just as wonderful as the staff and the quality of the coffee, food and wine will ensure we will be back. Thank you Milawa Providore, see you next time!

Very friendly & helpful staff with a good selection of wines & gourmet foods etc to purchase.

A gorgeous place to stop for lunch. We had a delicious breakfast pizza and scones, and the coffee was good too. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The garden is a great spot for lunch with dogs and kids. We had lovely sunny weather, but they have large umbrellas which mean that you could still enjoy lunch in the garden when they weather wasn’t so nice.

The only problem with this place is you don’t have a stomach big enough to eat everything you want to! A short and sweet menu, where everything is delicious! The owner is very friendly and bubbly. Great start for our weekend

Magnificent woodfired pizzas - crisp, hot, joyous with fresh succulent toppings and glorious gooey cheese.

Great location, great service and wonderful food. Sat outside and enjoyed the sun eating the charcuterie board for lunch

Down to earth service, unpretentious and genuine people. A cool sit in a former (short-term) Ned Kelly jail, beautiful scones, lovely place!
