I just received the coffee beans from the store and was excited to try them.
What I really appreciate is the fast delivery time and very careful packaging. The outside appearance is very good.
Take the coffee beans and observe that they are quite consistent with the roast level on the packaging. However, the coffee bean size is not as uniform as I expected.
Amora from freshly ground coffee beans is wonderful.
I brewed using v60 brewing method, ratio 60*5, temperature 83 degrees Celsius.
Cup tasting: Plum, chocolate and blackberry, almost full flavor but not strong and the aftertaste is not long lasting which can be a drawback of dry processing. Overall great flavor in the early notes.
The very low acidity is what I really like about this type of coffee bean. And suitable for those who love drinking cold coffee.

Came in for a takeaway coffee which was gorgeous. Left with a bag of coffee and a grinder we had been needing for our camper. Very happy great service

Good range of coffee, but awful energy. Maybe I'm use to Melbourne coffee roasters, where the mutual love of coffee makes for conversation and a respectful relationship. They seemed disinterested and unaccommodating.

Don't understand the great reviews. Flat white was nothing special, honestly quite similar to the one I usually get at my local IGA. Milk was a bit too hot, not frothed enough, and the taste was just plain. Not bad, but you can get much better coffee for the same price in a much nicer location in torquay by the ocean

Very nice coffee and such a variety of different blends and beans you can purchase. Nice to watch how they treat the beans while your waiting for your coffee to be made.

Now my go-to coffee, I especially love the effort to source Australian beans for one of their roasts.

Doubtless great coffee, but when there's a mismatch between the price of beans on the website and in-store, good-will gestures should prevail and allow customers to purchase at the lower price.

Cool space. The flavour of the coffee is not my preference, but I appreciate the passion they have for coffee.

Stopped here on our trip from Qld. Absolutely delicious coffee and friendly service. Even bought some coffee beans for take away.

Personally, I find their beans to be as good as it gets for a filter style coffee.

Best long black I've had around the Surf Coast area. Great staff, very willing to indulge me with some quality coffee chat. Looking forward to giving their beans a flick at home

Stop here on the way down to Lorne every time and the coffee is seriously THE BEST in Victoria. Huge flavours and perfect crema every time. Keeps you powering on the road trips. Staff are lovely too and Zach is super helpful with coffee advice.

IMO getting a coffee directly from the roastery and knowing its roasted right there is a super cool experience! The set up is epic.

I bought a 1kg bag for home after seeing an ad on Instagram. The flavour is good but the body isnt really strong. I need to use a lot more than other blends. Still good value for 1kg.

Delicious batch brew, nice and strong, some places I find it's a little on the weaker side but this ratio is perfect:) and my favourite single origin! Boyfriend loved his oat mocha also. Glad to see the best milks used also - oatly and happy happy soy boy!
Both staff were super friendly, looked like they enjoyed their job and had a passion and knowledge about it also. Look forward to returning:)
