Good advice given when quoted and lots of samples brought to the house which was very helpful. Only needed to wait 3 weeks for the job. Installation day went well. They arrived on time and a text message was sent on the day. The guys worked hard on a big job to finish on time. Only downside was communication when trying to call. Very difficult to get through but they did eventually get back to me. Maybe it was just a very busy time for them. Would recommend.

Will highly recommend Mikes Carpets for their great service. Had to extend my existing bamboo flooring so went to them to see if they can supply me with flooring. Agent was really helpful and knowledgeable. Advised will need to check with supplier as bamboo flooring is currently very low in stock and also as it comes with lip lock technology so should match my existing boards. Gave them picture of current box that I had and within a few hours stock was arranged and got delivery the next day. Agent also arranged a follow up call to check if the boards fit well. Good product and service

Their work is first class, reliable and they respond quickly to requests.

Good product and service in a compatible price. Installers are polite and did quality job. A bit lack in communication efficiency due to the needing to talk to different people in different time. If company can improve in to a PM system will be much appreciated.
