I just had a fence built with a sliding gate which used an automation motor supplied by Mika timber.
I dealt with Rowan who went out of his way to make sure everything was operating properly. I was thankful to have dealt with Rowan during the process to make sure it worked.
My experience is they will do what they can to make sure the end client is satisfied, although their direct client may often be the installation contractor/tradey/builder.

The team at Mika timber were just awesome to deal with. I totally get that its not normal for a timber supply company to do work on other supplied material but they worked with me and helped sort out an issue with my project. I know my project was extremely difficult and outside the normal but I wouldn't have been able to get the fantastic result without the help from Mika timber.

I bought some timber recently for a small deck/ramp. Everything we got from Mika Timber was straight and in good condition. Their prices were good and they can also deliver, which is handy for the longer lengths or if you have a big order.

Their staff are also very friendly and helpful - very happy with our experience!

So easy to deal with, email for a price, quick response, rang and paid and the goods were delivered (very tidy stack) the next day. So simple, will be buying all my timber here.

Ordered a set of aluminium gates for the property and the service was excellent. Also kept us informed of the status during the build. Great communication and that's hard to find these days. 2 X 2M powder coated gates arrived at the depot, well packaged for the transport process and looked amazing when unwrapped.
