Always very prompt here, and Dr Ben Teo must be one of the very best doctors I've met - friendly, focused on you, truly caring and thorough, taking time to explain things for clarification.

A great level of care. Dr Ben Theo has been my doctor I think it must be close to 15 years. I’ve had more than my fair share of health issues for a 41 year old and Ben and the team at Midtown have always provided very measured and complete health care.thanks a lot.

Receptionists were great.fast and efficient with their paper work. I saw Dr Duc Tran Very helpful with Vast knowledgeable within his field. Great job

I have been attending Midtown Medical for a number of years, and all the doctors I have seen there have been amazing - thorough, empathetic and non-judgemental, and highly knowledgeable in their respective fields. Shout out to Dr Nguyen who is hands down the best doctor I have had in my life and whose kindness and skill have navigated me deftly through the minefield that is the human body.

Very expensive and Incorrect diagnosis. I had come down with neck pain, swelling and rashes around the neck and back of ear. The doctor simply cast away the rashes as acnes. I suffered for 3 more days with severe pain and burning, until a GP from another centre accurately diagnosed it as Shingles.
If the GP wasn't sure of the rash he could have already taken samples to test them for pathogen. Had to pay $90+, all for nothing.

Very concern the procedures for the vaccine received, Dr zeeshan, no gloves on him, no wraps to cleaning skin before injection, no check DOB. He did same for my wife and myself. Feeling I am in third world country, no in Australia…. Would never use the service again.

Excellent as always. I'm a longstanding client of Midtown but my first time today of seeing Anne Jackson. She was terrific. I've been locked down in Canberra for months but back in Melbourne now and reassuring to reconnect with Midtown.

Dr Goldberg is world class - Extremely professional and conservative in his approach. I have recommended him to all friends and family.

Had my first appointment today.
The doctor I saw seems knowledgeable & genuine.
The reception staff is like everywhere else reading the scripted sentences. However, when I rang back to understand the fee structure, they explained it quite well.
My feedback would be to let the patient know in advance about the fees either at booking time or when reminder text messages are sent.

I went to Midtown Clinic for leg vein treatment Dr Braham Goldberg is an excellent Doctor he is very knowledgeable and caring. I’m very happy with the result and the follow up done by the clinic.

Fantastic experience. The clinic is very well organised with very friendly staff.
Dr Con Mitropoulos is without doubt the best sports doctor I’ve ever been to and the level of attention he gives you is amazing!
Follow the parking instructions too as you will get a simple solution to that issue!

5 stars to the nurse who gave me the Covid vaccination, was super quick and considerate of people with needle anxiety.

This is a very efficient and well organised medical centre. The staff are all very helpful. There is a great range of doctors and services.
