Saw a Doctor at short notice, arranged the appointment via their website, was late, their receptionist was lovely and the Dr excellent!

Caring and understanding doctors with friendly reception staff.
I can always get an appointment when I need one, and the wait times are never overly long.

Jasmine the receptionist was welcoming and lovely.
My doctor was on time and I didn't have to wait at all. Once in i didn't feel rushed and my concerns were addressed

Doctors are top notch, but they are no longer a bulk billing clinic which is problematic for my family. Otherwise they are awesome

Seen Dr Swati Mitra yesterday.like as always she is best GP but rather very noble human being.i am so glad n relieved she is our Dr.always very thorough and accurate diagnosis.honest reviews about medicine n treatment but excellent in her profession.i love her personally. Dr Ganesh is also very excellent but Dr Mitra is the best and our favourite.she is beautiful soul inside out.me n my son are too blessed having her our best Dr.

Obtained appoint quickly for Dr who was very attentive. Ordering some test to get the ball rolling and copied my usual GP in to receive the results for follow up.

Dr. Swati is very caring. She takes her time to listen to everything. And leaves no stone unturned.

After trying to find a doctor appointment over the school holidays I ended up ringing Midland medical centre well knowing that they to where only running on 1 doctor. Which was my doctor I would normally see Jasmine was polite and very accommodating and went out of her way to squeeze me in so I was able to see my doctor. Thankyou Jasmine ️

Dr Ganes and Dr Mitra are both amazing doctors. I would recommend them to everyone. They listen, are thorough and follow up to ensure everything is done properly.

Great receptionist. Closer to my home. Shame bulk billing has gone by the wayside. Not always having the funds to get checked out when sick so try to fix self u til able to pay up front. Dr not always on schedule.

In my experiences with Midland and specifically Ganesh I have been very pleased with the care and guidance ive received. I feel listened to which sounds ridiculous but I find is hard to come by at the best of times with clinics. Thank you.

I like this clinic as the staff are friendly, welcoming and the doctor (Dr. Mitra) is very attentive and gives me options. They are not a bulk billed clinic and waiting time can be 30-40 min sometimes but I always get the care I require and they take adequate time with each patients every time. I will refer my friends or family here.

As usual very professional service and excellent customer service. Also emphatic with patients.
