Midland Holiday Park

Stayed here for the weekend, wasn’t expecting much given it’s a caravan park. Staff were extremely welcoming and friendly. Impeccable views and scenery. Highly recommend coming here. Great for couples to get away for the weekend, family with kids has a great gaming room, few playgrounds, and fishing, or even just for a nice lunch before you hit the road again. The meals were beautiful. Cannot fault this place. We’ll be back!

The website makes this place look better than it is. Upon arrival, no information was given about the cafe or what they offer, recreation room has nothing for the kids other than a pool table which you pay for. The BBQ and campsite kitchen are filthy, place generally looks run down and unmaintained. The house for rent on the site looks like it's rotting and falling apart, there's a carport/storage shed overflowing with junk, the hand dryer didn't work in the toilets and the due service date was 2019. There are no taps or lighting throughout the grounds and it is quite a walk from the unpowered sites to the toilet /amenities block so we had to rely on phone torches. Overall very disappointing and would not recommend.

Staff were very polite and helpful good site price only 2 things were the sewage smell nearby and highway noise all night long

Our family of 4 and another booked x2 sites in the unpowered camping section over the labour day weekend and to our surprise we had lots of spots to choose from and our neighbours were mostly quite besides the late arrivals late Friday night.service and hospitality from the owners was fantastic, motorbike track was perfect for our kids and my wife who was a beginner.no need to bring fire pits or wood as they have fire pits and wood delivered to your site for a great price.bathroom amenities were clean, and all worked well, although could do with an update /refresh.we will definitely be back as we all had fun in the family friendly atomosphere amd great location.thanks guys

Excellent service and communication from the first telephone call, emails, payment etc.
Cabin had everything we could have needed.
Nice and clean, extra blankets etc.
Fire drum and wood if needed.
The common room with Excellent wood fire, television and games.
Would Highly recommend the Midland caravan park.
Ordered dinner from the Cafe and the food was excellent.

We have passed here many times over the years. Now we know never to go back. They didn't bother replying to my initial phone call. No one at reception when we arrived. Had to make two mobile phone calls before someone answered. Then had to wait for staff to arrive. Told to pick any site and told there were drive through sites.couldn't find any of these. Sites hard to get into with a caravan. Finally spread across two as we had no need to unattach the car. Got the power connected ok. Then on attaching the water found no water came out of the tap. There wasn't a water pipe connection. Saw a garden hose down the embankment which we attached to the tap. Not exactly great for drinking water! In the morning we had to pay for meals we purchased from them and had to wait again for staff to get to the office. The cost of a site is way overpriced for the standard.

I loved this Park. Family orientated atmosphere. The staff were attentive and friendly. Highly recommend the cabins.

We stopped over after a long day towing our van. The family’s daughter was amazing with her customer service and is genuinely just a very nice person. She showed us around the park, then came to check if everything was fine and even dropped of a decent amount of wood and fire drum. We have been camping for a long time and this was the best service we have received. We will be back and for a longer visit.

Fantastic park with very friendly owners. The campkitchen/ lounge was large enough for a good group. 40 acres for non powered and 27 power/ water sites. Excellent pricing. Great little cafe on site with delicious meals, well priced. A bonus for this park. Will def return

You will not regret your stay at Midland Holiday Park! The owners are absolutely sensational hosts, and always go above and beyond for us and our needs. The cafe on site is super convenient and the home made meals are amazing! Rooms are always immaculate. Stunning hillside views, and Lake Nillahcootie just five minutes down the road. Our favourite place to get away! Highly recommend.

Great family owned park, very clean and well maintained with a pool and motorbike track kids of all ages are entertained.

Excellent service! The staff went above and beyond, even staying past office hours for us as we were running late driving from Melbourne. The facilities were great and everything we needed for our stay. Thank you for having us!

Very comfortable cabins lots of space, the owners/managers are super friendly and the van park has lots of things to do if you including a small lake with fish. There is a cafe with a good menu. Highly recommend this place for your holiday

Good hosts, that's a highlight. The cabins are nice with very comfortable and clean beds. Four stars because the communal kitchen area was dusty.
