Was advised in store pick up was available, drove 20 minutes out of my way and was refused service. I tried to explain that I was told pick up was available and staff member just kept saying "I cant serve you".
I under stand we are in a difficult Time but don't tell people you are open when in fact you aren't. Also no signage prior to going in that the store is not open.
The staff member even went and collected what I asked for, put them on the counter then told me he couldn't serve me. Thanks for wasting my time.
I went to middys today, reopened my account. Justin was more than accommodating. Thank you.
I went there about switchboard and circuit breakers prices and wanted to buy, they told me i needed to be a electrician to buy stuff.lol i would have hired electrician to install everything even the wiring so they lost business from me and bought it all at bunnings next door
