Worst customer experience ever. The old lady is so rude. Ordered a chai latte, spinach and cheese roll and spinach and cheese quiche. Except the chai, both the roll and quiche were not good and tasted awful. Will never visit again.

Customer service is non existing. Lady with the glasses is so rude and nasty. Reading the other reviews this is not only my opinion. Avoid this place if you want a lovely experience, nice food and drinkable coffee.

Coffee for the most part is alright. Pretty decent for a franchise.

Staff, especially the brothers are friendly all the times I've been there.

However it isn't a great feeling when you get half a tomato slice in a toastie, I get having to be financially viable as a family business but being a scrooge on minimal aspects like that is next level.

I went in to get my free birthday coffee, I showed the lady my app that clearly showed free birthday coffee, scans the QR code, asked for my Mocha and then asks me, "$6 please! ". Puzzled, I asked her, "Do I not get my free birthday coffee? " She says, "No, you should have told me before you ordered". I said, "I did show you the app that showed for a Free Hot Coffee.am I not entitled to one? " She said, "Next time, you have to tell me. She re-scanned it and took a minute to place my order in the system".

Unfortunately, this is the second time where this 'customer service' lady was rude. The last time I came by to purchase coffee, she was blatantly rude to an old person asking them to hurry up because they were paying by coins. She even asked if she could take the money from their hands because they were taking so long!

Absolutely disgusting behaviour in this day and age! She lacked professionalism and didn't even wish me a happy birthday. I will never come back here again, even if it were for FREE coffee!

I should have stuck with my gut and go to Bon Bons, the coffee is always beautiful along with excellent customer service that comes with a smile!

I gave the manager feedback that on my last visit their usually good coffee was terrible. She refused to believe me and asked me to leave. Thankfuly, with so many choices available within the complex, I dont have to settle for mediocrity, and management that believe their own hype.

Mum loves to stop for a cuppa, and a cake whenever we take her shopping. I don't drink coffee, so I had a soft drink, but was happy to have a cake, and I enjoyed the cake very much.
The service was pretty good, and the staff seemed very happy to serve us, and made us feel welcome.
Next time mum wants to go shopping there, then I will be happy to sit for a cuppa and cake, or in my case, a soft drink, and a cake

Great as usual. We go for coffer there at least twice a week. The staff are great and know us now.
