Wait time is not bad.
Coffee is lousy. I think they cater to older people who like their coffee weak and milky.
Great customer service, went out of their way to help us when we had a bus of Resident's for lunch. The staff rostered on Thursday 23/2/23 were amazing!

Great family run business. Ordered a cake overnight and it was delicious and fresh. So friendly. I drove over 20km to get a cake from there. Will definitely be back
Just ordered raisin bread toasted and coffee, bread is as stale as anything and the coffee is far to strong.
Clearly this place has changed management. The lovely asian lady who use to be there I haven't seen for months, Now I'm being charged $1 extra for Soy milk! Most places don't charge extra and when I do come across one it's normally 50c. And they have also changed soy milk brand because it tastes horrible. I thought maybe the milk was bad the first time but today charge again the extra $1 and the milk still tastes horrible. Will not be returning too this place ever again, what a shame because I have been going there for years!
I really enjoyed the custard tart. But iced coffee was disgusting. I asked for no ice and they told me they only put ice cream vanilla flavoring, coffee and cream. But when I got it there was no vanilla, it was very bitter. And ice cream was too icy. Couldn't drink it and I wasn't taking it back again.
I was very disappointed I arrived at the store at 4: 45 to purchase a birthday cake for my wife when the lady rudely said with a huff "we are closed" so I went to do shopping elsewhere when returning pass the store I was shocked to witness a women purchasing a coffee and biscuit! I guess I just saved $40 and Michel's patisserie can go and get stuffed
The cake you made for my husbands 60th bday was amazing. This was a chocolate mudcake with the Royal Australian Airforce insgnia on it. My husband said it was too nice to cut. The flavour was delicious and we we rapt with the wonderful job done by your chefs. I got 110 likes and many comments on an Airforce sught on FB well done and thank you. Regards Vicki Plummer.
