15Nice place for a coffee or pot of tea friendly staff but the prices have gone through the roof, will look for cheaper cafe
I got excited when i saw them selling slices of black forest cake. Bought them right away. It was the worst cake i have tasted until now. It was so dry and the cream was rigid. It must be weeks old.
Just sat in the cafe waiting to have some service or acknowledgement from staff for nearly 15 minutes. So we left. Customer service skills would be a great addition. Even a how are you. Very disappointing.
The staff are standout - helpful, friendly, proactive and conscientious - just the gems you need in the hospitality industry. Great food and very quick service. I would go back for sure.
This is a great place for an ice coffee and some cakes. The service is great and quick. The ice coffee with cream from this place is currently my favourite. I decided to get some brownies on the side for $1.50 each, quite small but delicious.
You are able to dine in if you wish and it offers small cakes, hot food like pies and sausage rolls, birthday cakes and other sweets like macaroons.
We enjoy breakfast and coffee at Michel's regularly, The Staff always friendly the service is good. Thankyou.

I got a black forest cake on saturday, it so dry.such a waste of money and mood and no one like the cake
I had my birthday cakes here, it was chocolate mousse it was just perfect I recommend their 100% chocolate cakes
It is a peaceful place almost always crowded by patrons from every ethnicity you may imagine.but a nice location and a pretty good service. Smiling staff and affordable in chatting. Prices are a little high but again, it's a chain for profit.
One of the few cafes in the mall where you can sit down and enjoy your coffee. Customer service is great and the coffees are brewed perfectly. Cakes are also fresh and full of flavour. Thank you.
Will NEVER GO THERE AGAIN Food was disgusting first they brought out eggs and bacon covered in dried herbs, then when l asked for a replacement l got eggs from a filthy grill that were grey underneath, when l took that back they asked me if l wanted another one after 2 l didnt want to take my chances again, they did not offer me a refund,
Very hard to state what was good about this place. A hot food menu option that comes out looking like a 2-year-old made it at home. This would have to one of the worst coffee shops I have had to step into in Melbourne the coffee shop capital. Michels patisserie I think you may need to rethink how this store operates and the product that goes to the customer. Customer service doesn't exist here.
Good coffee but not worth the wait. Your a nuisance to their day. They hide in the back and avoid you as long as possible.
Only had coffee, not the best, but very far from the worst and lots better than average. Quick, clean and not expensive
