Michaels Camera Hire has reasonable rental rates. David was very patient, easy to work with and very clear in his explanations.

I requested for some strobe lights last minute and the process was very quick and smooth and equipment was in very good condition. Very happy to have rented from here and definitely I will rent from here again should the need arise for me in future.

I had my camera sensor cleaned at Michaels and David was very helpful. David showed me simple things I can do myself to reduce any buildup of dust on the camera body which can reduce the risk of dust falling onto the sensor when changing lens'. I really appreciate the customer service at Michaels Camera Hire. The staff here, David was very friendly, and extremely patient. As a newbie in photography, I was not familiar with all the technical terms. David encouraged me to ask whatever I was not sure about and explained each concept clearly, helping me to quickly pick up the key to operate the machine. He also offered professional advice on which set of camera and mirror I should go for to suit the typical photographic needs I want for my photos. That saves my day!
Also, I just dropped by and was in a rush to grab a camera on that day. But I think I hired the camera at a very good rate.

Meh, pretty average. Seems like the only thing that’s changed is the location. Service is pretty average. I dropped off some gear rental on behalf of some one, really seemed like I was inconveniencing them. All they were doing was dusting the shelves, no one else was in the shop. Can’t imagine what it’s like if you really need a hand with something.
