I didn't want to write any review after 1 year
that I moved out of his accounting just because he was recommended from one of my customers.
But today I have found that he still receiving my company's letters from ASIC and I've been charged $420 for late payment! How hard was to send an email and let me know to fix the address!
I learned a great lesson of michael and wanna say thanks! For teaching me I never seen in my life. Because I'm always honest with others and I thought others are too.
But It realy can help me in rest of my life!

First, Never accept the verbally quotes, unless wanna pay double!
On our first meeting, Michael talked about growing my business and fixing everything!
I asked that how much it has cost for me and he said around $3,200 to $3,500 which already was expensive! But I've been charged $6,800.
Second, Never trust someone who say trust me, unless wanna keep the pain for a long time!

I'm so disappointed ans sad!

When I was ready to start my own business, I didn't even know where to start, then I remembered Michael my old school friend had become an accountant and created a very successful practise. Thanks Michael for getting us up and running and completing our first year tax returns.

Michael is one of those rare individuals that genuinely take more interest in others before himself. I have dealt with Michael professionally for many, many years, and would highly recommend his services. A genuine and caring person on all levels.

Amazing that Michael has put the effort in to contact others to make posts to hide what his done, he made contact with us requesting a settlement, from there he has disappeared. If he put his actions into his customer relations with us and done what was right, this post would not have been posted. Actions speak louder then words.

To be clear here Michael, you charged us $7700 after we disputed your inflated pricing, you then submitted only 40% of the work and we were forced to find another accountant, you made out that you were calling other people (which was more lies), you threatened us with ATO fines and showed zero care factor, as you stated 'Its not your problem'.

People can read what they like with staged posts and fuelled by motivations, I'm not the only one to post about your dishonest pricing and sure not to be the last.

Updates - Michael has only responded to the Association email investigation today, after these posts have gone up.

We know Michaels relations and people he went to school with, wow! Imagine if he didn't know you at all.

My suggestion to anyone considering his services, do your homework first. Don't go through what we went through.

Who pays $12760 for 2 tax returns?

Free advice? His advice, for planning starts at $2500 for one meeting

Faceless and temper tantrum, no, I have been a well known resident of Berwick for over 40 years! Along with generations of family.

Business growth - States they don't take others on, until we find out his trying to poach business through our bookkeeper.

Never in my life have i felt I've had to make a review on anyone, but the experience we have been through, regardless of fabrications, we have every right to share everything that took place.

And totally agree with legal proceedings, as this is our path we are currently going down. As we as the consumer, have that right.

Malice or ill intentions, tempter tantrums - no. Pursuing this from all angles now, yes, why? Because we were mislead and then he tried to manipulate an outcome, hence this next step we are all witnessing here today. Strange that suddenly defence reviews arise when the truth is told. Fuelled by Michael making contact to try and recover any type of dignity of wrong doings that he knows his done.

Unethical, unprofessional, deceitful and charges are astronomically expensive! Looked at the last review, there response was pretty much the speech they give you on your initial meeting, everything they say is rehearsed and staged. I don't believe, after the ordeal we have just been through with them, that the previous review or our experience is isolated or, as they claim, never had any negative response to there 'service'. We are currently in the process of pursuing claims against this company (Michael), quoted us one amount, charged us nearly double! When the invoice was disputed, this is when they show who they really are and what they are really about. Only "Care" they have in mind is how much of your money they can get. Will be posting updates about all action against this company, I imagine that the response they post to this will again be similar to there previous one, or one sided to protect them selves.

The stress we and our family have been through dealing with this company, is indescribable. Ultimately, they say they want to settle. Lodged what I think was fair (Inc witnessed and proof read) then they disappear without trace.

As we all know in this world, there are 3 truths to a story, his, hers and reality, trust me on this, we have all the emails and had written documents to support the reality of this claim and post.

Michael has been my business accountant for over 10 years and I love his passion and excitement every time we catch up.

I have never know anyone to be so organized and up to date when it comes to tax.

Most importantly his Tax planning in March is pure gold and priceless!

Always recommending him to my friends!
