27Took my partner in there last night to do some Xmas & birthday shopping. The staff were so caught up in conversation with each other. Walked out after 20 minutes and spent "a lot of money" somewhere else.
Excellent customer service I received from Nina and other staffs a few days ago. (handbag arranged from another branch with prompt and reliable communication, friendly service).

Wanted just to walk in and get my watch fixed had to go to my phone and email the company and now waiting for answer let's see how long it takes
Good employees in the store and they help me organized stock in other store. However service in the CBD store is bad.
I have visited this store today for adjustment of my watch size. Customer service was so amazing.

Went to MK DAVID JONES Chadstone today and the lady was really helpful and the customer service is superb. Knowledgeable with the products and very very funny. Forgot to ask her name though. Thumbs up
I had the best experience shopping at Michael Kors. I was served by Marina who was super friendly and went above and beyond to find the perfect bag to go with my outfit for an event.
I am extremely delighted with their customer dealing. I bought a shoe from MK on Boxing Day when I came for a holiday in Melbourne. And I returned back to my own state. The shoe was faulty and I discussed with the manager Ruby. She helped in exchanging the shoe by going beyond the limits and it was a smooth interstate exchange.

Low quality in customer services.looked unprofessional.ladies were doing on their stuff rather than served customers.need some attentions to improve on this issue.
Displays are ok.but not positioning well for new arrival items, a big step backward in branding.
We visited Michael Kors on boxing day and one of the sales boy was good and working with us and we bought 4 items. But because he got busy we asked another lady who was very unfriendly and apparently she is the manager. She wouldn't respond at all and no smile whatsoever. MICHAEL KORS - unless you change this manager you won't sell your brand here. For everyone out there please ignore the Manager in the chadstone mall and walk away from her as she surely will upset you. Please talk to the guy who has long curly hair.he is great
Well, here goes another review on their poor customer service. I visited them just tonight to get my watch's size adjusted. The staff told me that it takes 10 minuts however they are busy and she and wanted me to come back over the week. Well first of all, if they were keeping up with store limit during COVID 19 and weren't greedy over customers they wouldn't have been busy and perhaps could have done the job instead of spending 15 min trying to get me out of the store. The worst customer service I've ever recieved. I wouldn't even give 1 if possible.
My mum and I walked in and there were three workers standing together having a chat and did not even acknowledge us or welcome us into the store. I saw multiple people walk in and didn't sign the sheet with their names for contact tracing and these girls did not seem to care. They just stood their talking and didn't help anyone. I always find the staff so snobby in here its very off putting. I went to David Jones and purchased a bag as I got friendly help there.
Poor customer service. Did not even bother with a greeting whatsoever, just kept gossiping with one another in the corner.
All they do is judge you for what you are wearing and assuming that you're too poor to buy anything from them therefore not bothering to even entertain customers.
Very poor customer service. So many poor reviews and no one seems to care. Bought a watch and it stopped working in 2 months. Went to the store and they said we have to send it for repair at our own cost. Worst after sale service. Not sure how this brand can survive. God bless MK.
I bought a wrist watch 6 months back and it is of poor quality. After 2 months the the strip colour faded and now the battery has stopped.
If you purchase a leather product in a store in Australia, the warranty is only 6 months. If you buy the same item online or in US, it’s 2 years. Unfortunately my purchase did break within a year and it’s out of warranty because I bought it in Chadstone.
I visited this place today for buying their new collection handbags in large size, I saw one in medium size over there and I asked CS that whether they have in large size and in different colors. For my surprise she acted in a way that she is even not aware about large size or different colors and I told her I saw in online store. Then she told me I can buy from online and MK shipping to Australia. My doubt is why she is not aware or not suggested me any other store. If we are paying this much money we don't want to see bags. If buying everything from online then why as a store they opened in big malls.
Staff is too irresponsible and i asked to tighten up my glasses, they didn’t do so and gave me whatever they had. At least, hire good staff as v r paying and not getting good services!
The two sales consultants were too busy talking to each other and did not bother to greet us when we walked past them to go into the women’s wear section, I was there a good 5mins but they had their backs facing me the whole time. When I walked past them again still busy chatting and made eye contact and still chatting. Very poor basic customer service. - 6.15pm
One of the most unprofessional and rude experiences. U cannot expect a perfect product, they don’t take any responsibility. Changes their policies according to their own convenience.
