21 Worst service ever!
They have had my ring for resizing for about 3 weeks now. Every time I call, they keep on making new excuses about their logistical problems or stocking issues or whatever else and keep postponing! Why is any of that any of my concern?
Even the personnel who I talk to at their store are incredibly rude and do not care about your plight. Just horrible service. I have never in my life experienced such inconsiderate people. A complete 180 degree turn when comparing their tone from the time before I bought the ring and after!
Poor poor service, it’s been 5 weeks now and they have not had my ring resized yet. I first bought it in to be resized, took three weeks and after having to make call to find out if it had arrived (no one bothered to call me) they resized it incorrectly. Two weeks later, I have also made multiple calls which go unanswered most days. Still have not got my ring back, this is my wedding ring and no care given.
Waiting on my ring to be returned after re-sizing. I have been trying to call the watergardens store for 2 days and no answer. Very poor service. Disappointed.
If your looking for something for yourself and need some support as a 16 yr old who is willing to spend their own hard earned money from their part time job, do not come here. I came here on two separate occasions within the last month and felt like my presence was very unwanted, that i was a kid with no money, treated like i was trying to be silly and belittled by being referred to as "darling" even after i walked in seriously said hi to the ladies, asked nicely to see some chains and was still dealt back with a huff and a puff on both occasions as the two separate ladies went to grab the chains for me to look at. As someone who works in Retail as a 16 yr old let me give what ever you ladies names are some words of advice, treat every costumer who walks into your store like they have a million dollars in there pocket and like they are your biggest and best client no matter who they are. Therefore instead of being laughed at after asking if i can "where this in the shower? " i would like to be taken seriously and if you ladies are going to wear suits refer to me as sir not darling because you all are literally only 4-10 years older then me, no were old enough to be my parents. Also a good jeweller is meant to help their client to get the best possible deal and i don think i would have gotten anything remotely close to the amazing deal i got at Angus and Coote. Again as someone who works in retail i do understand that not everyone treats costumers like trash even though they pay the bills so if this gets through to someone at management im sure you know your weak links and it is your job to remove them and please do because me as long as every single person i talk to will not be coming back.
I picked up an engagement ring for my now fiance. After a few days one of the diamonds fell out, so we took it to the store. They offered to fully replace it and at the same time send it off for the resizing. We were told it would be ready by Wednesday 10 March. I called on the Wednesday to check if it was in, was told it was not, but it would be by the next day or Friday at the latest. Friday passed, no call so I called them on Saturday morning. Spoke to someone else who was confused, saying over and over that deliveries didn't come in until Tuesday so she had no idea what the previous person was talking about. I call Sunday, am given the runaround. Finally get onto someone who is available to talk to me about it, and she asks me where the ring is? Am I meant to know better than them? After several minutes talking, she says she will do an investigation and get back to me within 30 minutes. It's now 4 hours later, so I call. No one answers. I call again. The same. I've now called probably 5 times. I just want to know where my fiance's engagement ring is. We've paid for it in full. They keep giving me mixed responses. If they said, it will absolutely be done in 3 weeks, fine. I just want to know 100% what's going on, none of this oh it'll be ready tomorrow and then no one seems to know what the hell is going on. Rant over.
Dealt with Leah! She was amazing, helpful through the whole process in picking out engagement rings. Will definitely be shopping here again! Thank you again Leah!

The manager and all the ladies are absolutely amazing people, so helpful and so friendly. I love being able to walk past and even get a hello how are you? , not just when I go into store and even a cuddle from Leah. You are all amazing and so thankful for all of your help.
Went to get my bracelet resized through the Michael Hill care plan and also questioned if I could Get a care plan for my wife’s ring And they looked after me where is where I bought it from in Highpoint they didn’t it was a very good experience that they look after customers it’s all about customer relations and I would like to say thank you

Very helpful staff and a great store manager. Went in there today with a ring I bought in February for our September wedding. The ring I originally purchased was too big as I hadn't tried it on in 5 months. They swapped it over to a different style that was a better size with no problems. The new ring I chose was $500 more expensive and because it was the store managers birthday he was able to give me a really good discount on the $500 difference. Highly recommend
I love my diamond ring but since buying it in December 2018, a stone fell out 2 weeks later, it was sent back for repair & tightening of claws, same stone was loose 8 weeks later, ring has now been replaced by MH completely.nervously watching this new ring. Manager Derek has been helpful & understanding throughout.

The last two experiences I've had with this store have been so rude, I put a ring in that I bought a lifetime care plan and they were so dismissive and curt, don't even try to call them as they are rude and condescending on the phone. I now wish I'd never bought any jewelry at this store.
Went into purchase. 2 staff members serving 1 customer. I walked around the store a couple of times stood waiting for someone to come over. No hello.no sorry wont be a moment.basically no service.
Wanted to come and check out some engagement rings but after this negative review I saw online. I wouldn't even waste my time
