19Indian sales lady is rude or maybe judgemental, she only entertain the customer she thinks has money. Just because I’m wearing a gym short and top and yeezy shoes doesn’t mean i don’t have money. Shame there’s no more customer there and she just look at me and then pretended that she’s cleaning. I was gonna get the $3k ring on clearance but decided not since she doesn’t make me feel like i deserve it.
Great customer service from the manager Jenny who was personable and patient. Would recommend!
Was attended by a young gentleman Fredrick who was an absolute pleasure to deal with. His presentation and experience immaculate and so knowledgeable and knew his jewellery. Will go back as its rare to have those wonderful qualities. Thankyou Fredrick!

I had the most amazing experience with Jenny! She was an absolute delight to be served by. She took her time, showed me SO many options and not once made me feel pressured to buy anything until I was completely happy with what I was purchasing. If you ever visit, ask for Jenny! She is an absolute gem! When I go back I’ll sure be asking for her
Today I met a salesperson from Michael Hill the Glen who is kind-hearted and kind-hearted. I just wanted to go and see the jewelry in the store. She was very patient and helped me choose, and took the trouble to help me with various combinations and gave me a very good shopping experience. Thank you, Carina
Terrible experience today at around 1pm. I went to visit to get my ring sized and we were the only shoppers in the store. The lady told us rudely that they do not do free ring sizes without purchase. I used to work at Michael hill and know this isn’t the case. I was also wanting to purchase other jewellery as presents for overseas family but didn’t bother to after her poor attitude. Much better service at the other MH stores I’ve been to, you’re better off going to any of the other jewellers at The Glen.
First visit to this store, I definitely recommend this store. The staff were courteous, helpful and friendly. The kind of what Customer Service used to be like and how it should be. The Sales Executive, Salve was great, she took the time to explain things and did not rush with the sale. I went in to buy one piece of jewellery and ended up walking out with 2. There was no hard sell, Salve just listened to what I was looking for.

Non existent customer care. We bought 2 eternity rings for our twin daughters birthdays along with a care plan. After 13 months the emerald fell out of one of the rings. We were quoted $300 to replace. (They actually misplaced the ring during the quoting process) I suggested it shouldn't have fallen out after such a short time and how could I be assured it wouldn't happen again. Careplan had run out by this time and after no customer service whatsoever, we decided to walk away. KT Jewellery who are so warm and helpful will be fixing the ring for $90. Will never return to Michael Hill at The Glen
Disappointing customer service by male staff member.
Felt very dismissed and was not impressed with overall service provided.
There will always be jewellery for me to buy. However, customer service is really what makes a person feel good. And that's what I received at this store.
I had a terrible experience today at the Glen store. I am very upset and disappointed about how I have been treated by a male staff Fredrick J.
I was here to pick up my ring with my ID and I was told that he was unable to find my name in the system. He told me that anyone could use a fake ID to collect a product. He didn’t check my identity and contact information and told me to walk away because I can’t present a paper receipt. I told him I made the purchase at the store so I have the electronic receipt and I also have the communication log to prove that a staff member from this store called me to collect the ring. However, he was too rude and arrogant to listen to his customer. He rolled his eyes at me all the time when I talked to him.
Finally, he found my name on the special order list in the system. What happened was he mistakenly searched for my name in the "Clicked and Collect" list for online shopping customers. He realised that he made a mistake and then started to blame a young lady who is a new staff member at the store….
He put the ring on the counter (yes only the ring). I asked him twice for a ring box and a paper bag. He didn't apologize for what happened and walked away to serve other customers.
Current Manager (Male) was so rude and arrogant and he didn’t know how to talked to a customer. I had to go their to replace couple of diamonds fell off from my ring which I bought in 2019 (this was the second time) and the way Manager treated me was not acceptable & unbelievably arrogant. He should not even deserve one star rating.
Terrible Store to go to, the manager, don't even have the decentsy to come out and talk to their Customer. I was ready to purchase a ring value $1200 and then I have to pay more to get it resize.so I decided to go to Ringwood Branch.it's ashame, I'm a repeat Customer.bring back Forest hill Branch back.
The staff are very friendly. Me and my partner went to the store to have my ring resized. Thanks to Fredick and the other woman whom we're not able to get her name for being so helpful to us.

The jewellery is second rate. I had to return a pair of earrings last year after Boxing Day because the clips broke after a few days. When I bought them the lady who was Italian or something wasn't very friendly and looked like she didn't want to be there. Terrible customer service.
The lady who dealt with us, seemed already annoyed or just didn't like us. Lol.
Felt so uncomfortable and unwelcomed that we had to leave, without really browsing much. Jewellery storepersons are quite welcoming in general.
Highly recommended if you are looking at buying gold, gems and jewelry. Very friendly staff. Devina and Glen are superp, extremly helpfull and very friendly.
If you want something cheap, im pretty sure you can find a fake jewelry shop @ the Glen. Amazed how people go to a jewelry store and say jts expensive.
The manager is too loud to be in customer service and needs a lesson or two on how to make customers feel welcomed rather than offended.
