Because we were in lockdown for 2 years and l couldn't go in there, now my warranty is gone.disgusting service now l go to another jewellery store fix everything please lost diamonds $20,000 l have bought from them, now l not allowed in the store.love you Michael Hill.never

Since telling people about my troubles with Michael Hill i've met 4 other women who are all back multiple times a year to replace their diamonds, in Geelong.

I bought my wedding and engagement ring from here, as well as my husbands wedding band.

In 4 years I have had SEVEN diamonds fall out of my rings. I have been back and forth so many times to have the diamonds replaced (luckily I paid extra for warranty).

Customer service at the store is shocking. Rude and dismissive manager.
Apparently nothing can be done and I just have to keep returning 5-6 times a year to have the diamonds replaced.

They're claiming 'excessive wear'. I am a stay at home mum, not a plumber or tradie.
If wearing the ring whilst folding clothes is going to break it then clearly it's a matter of quality, not excessive folding or holding of babies.

Regional manager is like a robot, reading off a script. No sense of understanding or sympathy whatsoever.

When we got my husbands titanium band, we were told that if it ever got a scratch on it (shouldn't apparently) that we could come in and trade it for $50.
When we came in to do this we were told that the company that did that is no longer connected to Michael Hill so we couldn't have it replaced. (This was within 2 years!)

Just disgusting, can't believe we wasted so much money on this cheap trash.
Avoid.

The lady with short hair and glasses was so helpful and calm when I had a frustrating experience.
She resolved my problem and I am so happy.
I will buy more jewellery next time I am in Geelong.

Michael hill geelong is a very special jewelery store the peices are of the finest quality, they have everything you could possibly need from lovely rings to earrings and everthing inbetween.

I had such a wonderful experience in store. The staff were so helpful and friendly. Couldn't be happier with the service.

Had to bring in our rings before the wedding it resize. Jenny advised us on how the current wedding ring won't fit properly in future.

We decided to pick another one out that was more suitable. At first we had issues because the rings were originally purchased through Humm. But Jenny and the Store Manager stepped in and went above and beyond to help us get it sorted.

Big thanks for the customer service. Hard to find these days.

Michael Hill's jeweller can't read instructions & makes Michael hill look bad. We put 3 ring in for rhodium plating on our rings. My wedding ring came back ok, but my wife's engagement ring & wedding ring came back with imperfections that weren't there when we dropped them off initially, so my wife has to wait another couple of weeks until she gets her rings back!

Excellent service.
Friendly, Helpful, Knowledgeable staff.
