Michael Hill Airport West

My engagement ring is 7 years old and spends more time getting repaired that worn. Last time I had my ring back it was less than 24hours before I needed to return it to have it repaired again. Michael Hill seems to think this is acceptable wear and tear. If you want an engagement that lasts, after my experience I could not recommend Michael Hill.

I ordered a ring which I was told would take two works. I ordered it in December and am still waiting for my ring. The workers keep telling me two weeks another two weeks. I don’t understand how long I have to wait when I’ve been told different things from different people.

Thank you so much to the lovely gentleman who helped me try on wedding bands today. He went above and beyond and was extremely knowledgeable on all thing rings! Not only that, but he gave me some information on my engagement ring and kindly offered to clean it for me. My engagement ring is so special to me, and now that it’s clean and shiny I’m very happy! Thank you again!

My review is solely based on the so called male manager (I think he’s male) with the he owns the store attitude. I’m sure the negative reviews of late are based upon your poor attitude. Learn to deal with customers in a professional manner and try not acting like a tough guy behind a counter. How you have a managers role is totally beyond me. I’ve been shopping in this store for over 20 years and have never come across a salesperson like you. Fortunately the ladies that work there are Great.

Horrible customer service. We shopped here for our wedding bands and received horrible service when ordering and collecting our rings. Unfortunately we spent a lot of money here for our wedding bands and didn’t have time to go elsewhere after having to wait for our order to come in a second time due to management error. We didn’t even receive a box or anything to carry our rings home in after leaving the store so we carried them around in the shopping centre. I could go on about how horrible this store is but instead I will just recommend not to shop here and definitely look elsewhere!

Very poor service. I’m not sure why they don’t have to wear masks or wear them around their necks. Very unhelpful.

I purchased a ring for my mother which needed to be ordered so it could fit properly, I received a message that the ring was ready to be collected, once I came in store to receive it the ring was never there this happened another 3 times!
