Asked a simple question twice today via social media that would convince me to buy from your business. No response twice. Don't put yourselves on social media if ur not willing to answer questions BOTH by direct message and comments on your own profile. Also 1st time question was asked was around 3 am, so plenty of time for the business to see question before business even opened. Oh well your failure to respond cost you an order of $100+. Doesn't make potential customers feel great to be totally ignored over an entire day.

Outstanding service. Eta was 5.25am delivered at 5.15. Meat is great value for money. Replaced chicken with lamb cutlets miss 7 is happy. Well done to all during this pandemic and working late hours/ overtime to provide necessary groceries. Keep up the good work, stay safe thankyou.

Have ordered from Meys Meats a few times and have never been disappointed but this week they have absolutely been amazing in these crazy times and have gone above and beyond for me. So appreciative of you guys! Bless you all.

Ordered mega family meat pack love that they have it nice and easy to just get on web site and order packs quickly had dinner and the meat is fresh great tasting eat does come insealed packs labelled so you know what's what delivery great will order again hope they bring out bread and dairy packs and veg fruit packs one day well done to all staff!

No issues with the options, Payments, sites or delivery. Most of the stuff is great we love the marinated stuff and meatloaf but some items were terrible like the roast was a third fat layer all along the bottom and 2 thirds the toughest meat I've ever had. Was unedible. The sausages were full of gristle and hard to chew and nearly choked my 18month old from a large hard chunk of it. But worst of all the chicken skewers had some sort of metal hidden between the bit's of chicken that my partner didn't notice until he had swallowed some and cut his mouth open on it. I have emailed them about it 3 times over the past couple weeks and no response still 2 weeks later! Even sent a photo of it. Terrible service for any issues! Would have seen past the roast and sausage quality if it weren't for the lack of responses to a major concern.

Always been happy customer, ordered my meat Fri/Sat and received it Tues also had an email apologizing for the delay. Well done guys your service during these trying times is exceptional. Thanx

Awesome butchers they allow you to pay with humm and after pay which is really good i have brought 2 meats packs now it's really nice meat no problems at all

I have ordered meat from Meys 4 times so far and each time there meat is fresh and tasty. They deliver on time every time and in these insane times they have been amazing - I placed an order on Monday (16/3/2020) of this week and it will be delivered tomorrow (21/3/2020). I love that it is prepacked and I can just put it in my freezer and do not have to repackage any of it. I cannot recommend these guys enough - even today when I called them to see if my delivery was OK for tomorrow due to the influx of orders they have the chap was very polite and we even had a bit of a chat - you guys are doing an amazing job - keep up the good work!

Recieved my meat order yesterday. I was very happy with my order it was all packaged well and looked nice. Until I seen the eggs I ordered. CAGED eggs!? Really? When I ordered them it just said eggs! Being a butchers I really thought you'd atleast have fresh free range eggs especially for selling them for $5! Wont be shopping here again. That is so so disappointing

Stunning Pack we Ordered, we have a large family and suggested that Meys Should build a larger pack for bigger families so we can last more than a week, We freeze all our meat as soon as we get it to keep it fresh.it always comes out delicious!

I had a meat pack delivered on Wednesday the first meal was great the second one was average and the third which were beef burgers made myself and the person I was eating them with physically sick within 5-10 minutes after our first couple of bites. Still yet to try the rest but we are very cautious.

Bought a large meat pack. The breaded meats were between average to poor. It didn't freeze very well and had moisture inside the packs. If anyone likes soggy breaded anything, then be my guest with the breaded meat. The other items on the pack were decent enough. Personally, I won't be buying again. I'll just go with two weeks meal plans and purchasing at Coles.

Their meat is absolutely amazing! So delicious! Great, excellent, amazing customer service! Will not go to any other butcher again!

Definitely worth a 5 star rating. Ordered a large meat pack and it was my first time ever ordering. We have packed our entire freezer full of meat & are enjoying a different meat with our dinner every day because such a great variety. Meat is very good quality. People on phone are friendly and same as delivery people who delivered to our door step. Fantastic customer service too. First time customer intending on becoming a long term customer.:)
