Rob has helped me out twice this year, when I had issues with my alarm and a broken lock. I have used Metrolock numerous times in the past and would highly recommend them. Nothing is too much trouble. Very happy with the fast and efficient service.

Contacted this company as they were local, no response after 4 days waiting. Job probably too small but still a job and they could have said they were busy or not interested. They are off my list now.

Called up and discussed our problem with the front door. Identified correctly over the phone and confirmed with a series of WhatsApp videos.

The part was a damaged /missing screw that was so minor some people would dismissed helping me, however Metro locks found a screw that day for free and provided advice on fixing the problem.

A professional that takes the time to cared about someone who was not a “traditional” customer i would expect can be trusted to take care of your bigger security needs.

Professional, helpful, accommodating service. Bunnings failed to cut a matching key twice running, causing my housemate to be locked out for a long time one day! Metrolock let me take home a fresh key and test it out, and come back to pay later. The new key works perfectly! Very grateful to them for being so understanding and easy to deal with.

Love the camera and alarms installed by Metrolock. Rob and the team turned up on time and completed both installs on the day. They were extremely knowledgeable and guided me on exactly where would be the best places to fit the cameras for maximum visibility. They even took the time to give me a crash course on how to use the app and view the footage on my TV. My wife has already recommended them to a work colleague.

Rob installed new keys and additional locks when we moved into our home. Unfortunately after about 10 months one of the new locks got stuck. Rob promptly came to rectify the situatuion. He stands by the products he installs and i would highly recommend Metrolock.
